This company gave us the run around. Communication was good at the beginning, but once it appears that the loan wouldn't go through, we couldn't get any calls returned or emails returned. The priorities of the company was not to HELP US, but rather to make profit. With a high income, it was unclear as to why the loan was denied, and we couldn't get any answer. The reasons stated in the denial email doesn't add up at all. I would suggest you go with any other company but Semper Home Loans, Inc. The minute they see a glitch, instead of working with the customer to find a resolution, they will deny upfront. We passed many other companies to go with this one, and what happened was that rates had already gone up, and our credit had already taken a dump due to the credit pulls! I believe that any other company, especially those who services their own loans, we would be ok with. However, since Semper quickly will try to resale the loan, any glitches, they will refuse to work with you, even if you have another person that can be added to the loan. They will deny it quickly! Please RUN AWAY from this company, as they will not work with you and to troubleshoot to get you the loan you need to get your dream home or to refinance to get a lower rate, but they will heartlessly deny you, and you will miss out because now, you have to build your credit scores back up, and will miss out on other great deals, since rates fluctuates quite often. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. I regret not going with another company, who services their own loans, as they would have more skin in the game, and would not so quickly just drop and deny us!

Avoid this loan company at all costs. They deserve zero stars! They have a hard time trying to close mortgages and it seems like no one really cares or tries, All you get is the “run a round”. The company they hire to do appraisal is pretty much useless. They will find a way to blow your deal. Take my advice and seek other professional mortgage companies, you will be glad you did!

Would not recommend to my worst enemy. I had to jump through all sorts of hoops, fill out or sorts of paperwork and have finished every process needed for me to purchase a home, just to be told that they can not approve my home loan, the day before closing, all for a reason that was clearly stated before the application process was even started. They will waste your time and ruin your life. I delt with Daniel Fogg and Zachary Simoneau specifically. They make me feel as if it was my fault even though I have done everything that has been asked of me. Save yourself the trouble and go with a different lender. Update: have attempted to call multiple times ti get in touch with someone to get more information, but no one picks up the phone, and no one calls back.

Very professional and positive experience. The Semper team; Mike Trinidad, Amanda Carcieri, Taylor Harriman, and Michael Potacco did an excellent job this refinancing. They provided excellent follow thru and stood behind their very competitive rate. This team was a pleasure to work with.

Found Semper Home Loans on Zillow because they were showing the best rate. Decided to give them a chance and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. Not only did they offer the best rate by far, they were very responsive and very friendly. I talked to other lenders and they couldn't even come close on rate and were talking to me like used car salesmen. Anytime I called Semper they picked up and spent time with me on the phone to clearly explain what they needed throughout the process and were great with the way they guided me through the lending process. A HUGE thank you to Michael Trinidad and Allison Weidinger at Semper for making this process so easy for me. I absolutely recommend Semper Home Loans for your lending needs.

They gave us a great rate (lower than competitors) and made the refinance process so simple. Their communication was great as well. Any time I had a question, it was answered almost immediately. This company is the absolute WORST to work with!!!! THE WORST!!!!! The director/ branch manager is very unknowledgeable and can't get out of his own way. probably should seek an alternate career path. They don't seem to care about closing loans even after you are approved and ready to close. The appraisers they use can't perform properly and usually come in low. AVOID THIS LENDER AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!

AWESOME!! Responsive, Clear, BEST RATES. Breath of fresh air. Daniel and the Semper Team were on top of my refinance from start to finish. Offered low rates and credits were needed to keep the closing competitive. I owe most of the speed due to their easy to use App. Uploading documents through the App was a game-changer. Saying goodbye to scanning, faxing and email was huge. Its is worth its weight in gold. If you closed on a house you can understand that paint point. The fast response time with text and email at any time day and night set them apart. I highly recommend them. 5 STARS!
