Imagine receiving a return call from your agent within minutes while still at the scene of the accident. Imagine your agents primary concern is your well being, that of your passengers and the other party involved. Harder yet to imagine is receiving a call from the adjuster while on your way home from the accident to inform you your agent has started the ball rolling, you have excellent coverage for what you already knew was at very reasonable cost, and as soon as you decide where they'll put you in the seat of a rental for what turns out to be much longer than needed due to the excellent coverage.
