We went on three mortgage companies and this company was the only one who gave us the chance to fullfil our dream to have our first owned house. Michael ivanov is hands down the best Lender. He makes you feel so comfortable and welcome when you are with him. He truly cares about you as a person and not just getting your money. There was a couple times he could have steered us in the wrong way just to get us in a loan to get his deal fast but he didn’t. He actually wants to see you happy in a GOOD home. I have never seen someone so compassionate about their job it’s honestly a breath of fresh air! He really makes you feel like you’re just hanging out with a friend rather then a lender.
