I cannot say enough good about our experience with Brooke at National Security Mortgage. We went to her with a “tricky” approval request, as we were told by others, since we are self employed. Other lenders couldn’t approve us for almost half of what Brooke and Security National could. They are very well versed in what they do (Thank you Aubrey, too!). They ran numbers numerous times and assured us that we qualify for what we were asking. Brooke was confident in her work, quick to respond and works outside of business hours making sure the job gets done. She made it such a fun experience compared to past experiences and even gave me her opinion when asked while we were house shopping! She celebrated our offer win and encouraged us during our offer losses while shopping for our next home. We can finally say that we are so in love with our new home. I contacted several lenders but I must say Security National Mortgage is the BEST Company to work with. The Mortgage Loan Originator I worked with was Aubrey Johnson and when I tell you him and his team went above and beyond to make buying our second home an incredibly easy and straightforward process. They were on top of all emails and text and quick to respond even if I had any questions outside of normal business hours. Him and his team made the whole process very easy and I would recommended them to all my family and friends.
