Good afternoon, My experience was definitely interesting. When I arrived I spoke with a lovely lady about making a new account. I told her I want to deposit my check into the account, "she said well the funds won't be available until 7-10 business days on hold." My response was even though the check is with security service, I think I rather deposit it into my other account with IBC or chase. She's than turns around and says "oh I had no idea it's with us, yes I'm sure we can make an exception this one time." Soon after I went to the cashier to withdraw some funds and I told the gentleman, in the future I'm gonna be depositing checks into my account from my husband's employer in person, he than turn around and said "we wouldn't be able to assist you with that but we'll be able to cash them than deposit them." I think as my first experience doing business with representatives of the branch it's was interesting to see lack of probing questions which led to alot of confusion and almost had me walking out the door and take my business elsewhere.

This is to inform you that my husband and I do appreciate and enjoyed Ms. Sabrina Esparza during our meeting @ the Bank. She was very helpful, friendly and very patient with us. We believe that she is an asset to the Bank!!

Hold checks for long period of time when they said it that would not be the case. Worse experience with any financial institution. Closed account and went to bank and no issue.

Amazing company. My wife and I have been with Security Service for about 5 years now and we love it. One of the best parts about it is Vanessa. She is always so helpful and gets things done quickly for us. Vanessa has done multiple loans for us and understands how hard it is for my wife and I to go in and does everything through email. Shellsea handled my vehicle refinance. She was very polite, patiently, knowledgeable, and helpful. She answered all of my questions .

After dealing with carvana, which was not something I recommend to anyone, I have to say that this branch was pretty helpful. My agent Shellsea was very helpful and explained all the options I had available to me. She did push me into a loan and answered all my questions. This branch made my loan process very user friendly. Only drawback was trying to get through to an agent due to the phone teleservice options. It's best to go in person.
