I worked with Janette to refinance my car, and it was an incredible experience. She made it so easy, was very patient, explained everything really well, and I got a great rate! This went from being something I was dreading to take care of to a really good experience that reduced my monthly payments and stress.

Security Service SW branch has been amazing by helping me deal with my families Estates. During this hard time the branch manager Chris H has went above and beyond to help me with every issue including fraud on my account to setting up Estate accounts. It doesn’t end there Security Services is helping get my auto and home insurance, create a portfolio with stocks, bonds , a Trust , future investments and setting up my IRA. The Gentlemen who helped me kept consistency with this credit union. My experience while here at Security Service has been nothing other than "top Shelf", I have yet to have one experience where they did not deliver in clear and concise manner that is the best. This credit union is picked with only the best....from the newest associate to the ever friendly and polite security guard, everybody is cordial and polite. I know I would not consider moving my checking and savings anywhere else...

This bank is in a very convenient location if you’re living or working in southwest Denver. The staff is always pleasant and very knowledgeable. Janine was a huge help when I needed to learn more about taking out my first bank loan - put me at ease with making an import financial decision

I went into the branch bank on South Federal in Denver, CO. JANINE GALLEGOS worked with me on a series of issues concerning my finances. She was helpful and detailed... even stayed late on a Saturday to help me finish up some things. Great staff all around.

We called to get a payoff for our Auto Loan and they emailed us someone else ACCOUNT NUMBER, phone number , email address. Careless, I could imagine how many times this has happened ….

Top shelf service! I went in to get a signature loan on 7/22/2021 and Janette was fantastic to deal with. Very professional yet personable beyond compare. All staff were hands on deck when it came to greeting me right as I walked in to the credit in union! Then not once but the last four times I’ve come in the atmosphere( attitudes, the way they communicate what they need from me, their reaction to my slow to have all things I needed at the window, and the smiles and little back and forth talking we gave one another was great!) It does not change it only got better! I was so impressed, with my new credit union, I brought another family member to open up his first account here because I wanted him to know this is his one stop shop for his journey as a father to be and as a young dad(20), he can start new beginnings with money,get straight answers or get advised, while working with a fantastic staff who explains anything to where even “a goat can understand!” Lol the staff are willing and ready to serve the community. Just ask if do not know something or if you need to review, check on or out something with the credit family, they truly have us, we need to totrust that they do:)They will deliver!

I have been a member at this credit union for a little over a year now. Every time I come in it is always such a fast, easy and stress free experience.
