I am 100% satisfied with the service I received from Roberta. She took her time and figured everything out with my online banking. I have no words to explain how happy I am to have someone take time and fix my problem. I will always return to her for all of my needs.

Have been a member of SSFCU for years going to the aurora location. Both beautiful ladies Roberta, and Yvette are the most polite, helpful, and friendly you could ask for. Mrs Roberta just helped me refinance my truck that only took like 30 mins and she had answer for every question.

Great experience once again. Have been a member of this credit union since the early 90s and have always enjoyed the great customer service they provide! This time, Lenny, the branch manager, assisted me with my mortgage and made the process go smoothly. He was able to provide me the information needed and was available for any questions I had during the process! I would recommend to everyone, that is not a member, to become a member!!! You will not be disappointed!
