I make it my practice to acknowledge great experiences as they happen. In a world that sometimes seems there is more growing negativity, it was refreshing to experience such an upbeat, positive representative to assist me with my transaction. Every time I come in, Shae is always smiling and welcoming, her demeanor was so infectious. Everyone at this branch is so nice as well and helpful. I left the bank reminded that great experiences do have the ability to impact someones day. It did mine!

Jerri has really taken care of me over the years. She is always friendly and personable. I can trust that what products she advises me on is in my best interest and not just trying meet some sort of quota. Truth is everyone at this branch is always attentive and eager to help with anything including simple transactions. I go out of my way to go to this location when the Longmont branch is closer to my home because when I come here I know I will be taken care of. I highly recommend security service to anyone looking to get away from their financial institution and go somewhere that they will be taken care of the same way I am.

Not only is the energy always good, this team will always go above and beyond, always greet you by name, and always have a smile on. It doesn’t matter if it is a big or small problem, anyone at this location is happy to help. They are all knowledgeable and happy to explain anything and the place is always clean. You guys are AWESOME. And I will continue to use this location no matter the drive.

Patricia was cheerful, informative, and patient. She helped with many decisions we needed to make by clarifying policies, consequences, and advantages of a variety of choices. If all of the staff members here are like her, we look forward to having this as our new credit union home.

I'm banking with SSCFU almost 8 years, and Broomfield branch is always my favorite location. Every one is so nice and very helpful. Specially big thanks to Shea Griffin, she helped me upgrade all my accounts for better performance and of course for better interest rates. She also was very knowledgeable about what she was doing and she explained all the details step by step so i can understand why I'm making changes in my accounts.

I am updating a one star review that I left here a day ago. I had a recent very poor experience with a Call Center rep, but my local branch in Broomfield reached out to me and made it right, so I am upgrading my review to 4 stars, because they were not only responsive to my complaint, but are actively working to fix it so it doesn't happen again. I still knocked off one star for the hassle I experienced in dealing with the call center. I have had very good experiences with the Broomfield branch in the past, so those good experiences still hold, as far as the Broomfield Branch is concerned. I also thought it was quite respectful of them to take the time to reach out to me and I really appreciate that effort.

I highly recommend security service! They are knowledgeable and they do everything they can to ensure that we as customers are taken care of. Shea is a very knowledgeable and thorough with everything she does and if you would like to be truly educated in everything you are doing I recommend her highly!!

I meet Patricia Nader Had to take care of computer on line banking which I'm not good at. This young lady was wonderful, patientl.and showed me how to go to online banking so it easier for me Thank you Patricia.

The Broomfield branch helped me get my car loan and Daniel was very helpful when my car was totaled in October. He was very nice and kind. I was very stressed and he helped me calm down. Jerry was helpful too with my insurance. She was checking to see if I was doing well with my insurance, her and Daniel helped me set up my loan. Today also I visited the branch because I had questions about my account and Patricia answered all my questions , she explained everything in details. Everyone at this branch is very nice. I appreciate it

Mauricio was personable, professional, and thorough as he guided me through the refinancing process of my car, removing myself from a joint account, and assisting me in getting my last name changed in place. The financing came through with a very satisfactory low interest rate, and monthly payment. I would recommend this bank to anyone. Their packages for savings and checking accounts come fully loaded with services that will more than satisfy and secure your banking needs.

My recent visit to the Broomfield branch was overall a positive experience. Patricia was especially helpful and praiseworthy. Specifically she was very thorough and carefully explained all my options. She was remarkably patient and attentive to my concerns. Her performance was outstanding and deserves special recognition.
