As a person who was turned down a few times in a day. These two amazing ladies Heavenly and Debra were amazing. They helped get the money I needed the same day. If you're in a ham and need great service definitely come see them.🤑🥳

They are extremely unprofessional and rude! I handled everything for the approval process over the phone. I ignored the irritated undertone and proceeded. I asked what all I needed to bring in when signing for the loan, she tells me to bring in a check stub & license. They never called to tell me I was approved so I called back, she says I'm approved and hangs up. I go there anyway & find out that I don't have half of what she needed to process the loan. I've never gotten a loan anywhere other than a bank before so I wasn't aware I needed serial numbers, verification of employment on paper (other than a check stub), and social security card. You think she would have told me this when I specifically asked what all I needed to bring in the day before. Needless to say, I won't be returning with the items needed & I will not get a loan here. They won't get any of my business, ever.
