if this is the one that i go to bc im still not familiar up there but Raven works there so I hope this is the right one. This place is a joke. VERY unprofessional and immature. These people have the WORST attitudes out of anybody I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. I will NEVER go back to them and i definitely will not ever recommend them.

I was going to rate them higher as I have been with them for year's but I just called up there to get my loan payoff amount and they only said it was 20 less than if I finish my monthly payments. So I am very upset with them because this is not what I was told as a customer. I will never again recommend them to anyone. They just lost alot of future business because of the way they just handled this matter.
