This branch has two very rude employees. They were great with my first loan, always willing to accommodate my work schedule. Although with my second loan it was like a light switch flipped. They are no longer willing to even somewhat accommodate my work schedule. Then after being told they could call me in two weeks for another payment before 830am or after 5pm, they proceeded to try and call at 10am. When I did not answer due to being at work, they then proceeded to call my employer and a reference. After this happened it took me over two weeks to get a supervisor’s number to complain about the situation. When I finally received Brandy’s number, their supervisor, she was no assistance to me. All I was told was they followed policy, which I don’t understand because they did not. We supposedly had a call set up for 10am for payment, but why would I purposefully set a meeting up for a time I know I’m unavailable. Mind you I remember telling them when the actual time was set that if they called between 830am and 530pm I would be unavailable, so they had told me they would call me at 530pm for payment. Finally I recommend going anywhere but here, they are not there to help you unless it benefits them personally. Worst customer service I have received, as I have gotten nasty tones from both Lee and Margarita. If I could I would give 0 star, as they do not even deserve 1 star. Definitely will be reaching out to corporate about the situation (you can find the number online for anyone who needs it).

I honestly do not like this place even a little, when I originally went in I herd a lot of good things about this place. But my experience has been completely different. They are constantly calling (even when you pay your bill) they constantly call your family or friends you use for references. Margarita specifically is VERY unprofessional, and hung up. She is also very rude over the phone and is very snotty in general. My recommendation is if you are going to go to this place, request gabby. She is super nice and works with you when you need it.

My wife went in for a loan with Margarita. She was absolutely terrable. I assume bc of her skin color. She was basically interrogated over and over. She has an excellent job and was no excuse to be treated this way. I defaulted on a loan several years ago. They still gave me a 350 loan w out making me feel bad. Of course I had an older lady. I would like the platteville office reported and nailed for discrimination. I will see this through till somthing is done. May I also add, GO TO WORLD FINANCE, YOUR TREATED BETTET AND THEY UNDERSTAND WHEN EMERGENCY POPS UP THAT YOU NEED A LOAN FOR

good place to go if you are in need of a long term loan, and have bad credit. If you don't make your payments on time they will hound your referrals and come to your door to collect. They charge a processing fee of $65. when you start paying your loan off they will offer more money to you as it becomes available but every time you borrow more there is a $65 processing fee on top of the high interest rate.

Love this place, and the Lady who runs it is like family. They are the best, and always ready to work with you .

Seriously guys? Margarita is a nice person. She always helps me and so does Leah if I spelled that correct. If you have issues with them as people go in face to face and talk to them. They do alot for me and even if you are late a day or two they work with you. So I have to give them both good ratings!

Great place to get a loan some of y'all salty as heck Margerita is awesome she was professional and courteous and kind I've been rejected from multiple places and almost didn't get a loan from here because I was afraid my credit score was too low yet I was approved for 400 and now I got a chance to bring my credit score up!!

If I could give them a zero I'd do so. Unprofessional workers there this place has gone down hill. They tell you they will help . Then they change their minds and same goes for them returning your phone calls. This place is a complete joke.

Sandy gave me a second chance and the whole staff is friendly and helpful. I would refer ppl to go to security finance if bedding a loan for helping with a bills, car repairs, school supplies, or to help with Christmas shopping
