Security Finance E 81st St, Tulsa

I got a small loan with them before covid-19. They are unwilling to work with me. They have called me every day three times or more. I talked to them about when I had to have a payment in; they needed it right now or it is going to collections. They stated that if I let it go to collections it would be garnished out of my checks. I don’t believe that is true. I feel like they are pushy and they lie. I’m most upset with the attitude they have, their harassment, and them trying to scare me. I have two other loans with two different companies; those companies treat me like a costumer and security finance does not.

They're very unprofessional. It seems ghetto the way the agents talk to you is like you are already denied before you get throught the application process.

Repeated phone calls after having told them I do not know how to contact their leasee. Just received a phone call at 8 p.m. while trying to get my children to sleep very unprofessional business.

I was in and out .the folks that work here acts like they like there jobs.that's nice to see.they were very good to me

ignored my request to not be contacted multiple times, employees and supervisor constantly interrupted me while I was calling, refused to listen to what I was saying. If I get another Call after formally requesting to be removed I will be seeking legal action. Tried to inform the supervisor of that and was hung up mid sentence. Do not associate yourself or anyone you care for with this company

They always help me out when I need help and they gave me a increase came at a time i really needed it been a blessing for me and my granddaughter thank y'all so much.

Great ladies. They go above and beyond in customer service. Very knowledgeable in their business.
