Security Federal Bank Whiskey Rd, Aiken

Have been with this bank, specifically this branch, for over 10yrs. Love them all. Great attitudes, fabulous customer service, and the best hours of any of the local branches!! Open sat?! Amazing for those of us who aren't done with work until after 5p on a weekday.

The ladies who help me get my mortgage processed were outstanding. Couldn't have asked for better service, especially given that I was pushing for a short timeline and over a holiday period, very impressed and happy with their service.

Been with them for years since about 1986 when they had a branch in the Walmart open 7 days a week this is great. Never had any problems that others have had in their poor reviews. A person should have a working knowledge of what a bank is before they complain. In 2020 there was an article in the newspaper about how financially viable Security Federal is this is important I think because the Nation is 20 Trillion plus in dept so if you have money in a bank the main thing is the financial wellness of the bank more so than whether or not it has any negative reviews.

Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. Highly suggest looking elsewhere for your banking needs.

We have had nothing but problems with them since day one! They are litteraly just after your money and will charge you fees just to put you in overdraw so they can take more money. Along with all of that are mobile deposit doesnt work and the only way to talk to anyone or get anything done on your account is to go to this branch in particular. I was never told this as I live in harlem ga and have to drive over an hour to usually be denied any help and just lose more money! Try calling corporate and get sent straight to this bank! It is crazy crazy crazy. I will be in to close out my account tomorrow and I will make sure I blast them on facebook daily and will never darken their door again. I am sick and tired of the run around I get from this place and will make it a point to make sure they lose customers and money to make up for what they took from me. The bank manager Kevin is a pompous you know what and seems to be disliked by many according to the reviews.

Having lived in a few major cities where no one knows your name. It's refreshing to be greeted by your name and not standing in line for 15-20 minutes is GREAT also :D

I have four different accounts, personal and business checking/savings, with this bank for more than twenty years. Also, was a treasurer for a church with accounts also with this bank. I have never had any difficulties. It has always been a joy working with this bank though a variety of services.

Not my favorite location. Most of the people in this branch are so friendly and helpful. I was a very regular fixture in the bank, they all knew me by name. Dont know what has changed but it's a challenge to get anything done. I now live in Harlem GA, but because I opened my acct here I have to drive all the way to the south side of aiken, which is an hour from my house.. to fix this I have to close my acct and open a new one at a branch closer. It has become a serious headache to go to this branch... If they would answer the phone it might now be so bad. I have been calling 10+ times a day for 3 weeks and the line always gives me a busy tone.... ridiculous....

This business is terrible they falsely reported on my credit totally ruining it and not even getting me the correct paperwork on my land low I do not suggest doing business with them at all they are terrible terrible customer service manager wouldn't even called me back to get this matter straightened out when they had admitted it was their fault their so-called manager Kevin price is the absolute worst
