Worked with them on an RV loan. Sent the sales agreement, when they sent the loan docs they tried to sneak in an extra $5,000+ like we wouldn't notice. The sales agreement was clear as day, with taxes, fees and everything included. Then when I called them out, they just didn't respond. Thank God we didn't sign up for the loan with them. Not to be trusted.

I can not say enough positive things about the service that I received from the staff at Seadream Inc. Initially I was really hesitant to purchase a large ticket item such as a boat while working with a company from out of state. Not to mention that my credit had some challenges causing me concern in regards to what type of ridiculous interest rate I would be possibly facing. Eric and his team presented me with loan options- and without pressuring me to move forward actually took the time to advise what would make sense financially and what would not in regards to my decision. Once I took a breath and did the numbers it turned out that there information was spot on. From there, the staff handled the entire transaction without any surprises- yes I said "NO SURPRISES-." We just wrapped up purchase of our boat and Tom provided nothing but STELLAR assistance, feedback, insight and professionalism each and EVERY step of the way!!
