Only used the ATM as this is not my credit union but at the time I went there it felt safe enough. I would recommend driving through the center before just to make sure it's safe. You can not park right in front.

It was my daughter's first time getting a car. Chris was AMAZING! He made the experience a delight. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We are grateful for SDCCU and the best interest rate!

Staff allowed a stranger to sign out on my Safe Deposit card! After checking 'her' ID. HOW CAN THAT HAPPEN WHEN THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO CHECK ID?!! I discovered a line scribbled out! Young mngr, Alex, took NO RESPONSIBILITY and showed complete lack of professionalism, no leadership. Their Pacific Beach-San Diego only slightly less abominable.

Recently I did refinance my vehicle Loan department name Chris w , he was so kind and extremely knowledgeable..Professional Ii saved big $$$ .. Thank you SDCU..

Love credit unions! If you're a credit union member, any credit union is a plus adding more ATMs to access your cash.

I have been an SDCCU member for 52 years. It is a top notch organization and their Westminster Branch is no exception. You could not find a better credit union in all of America. Customer service whether in person on the phone or online will leave you convinced that you have chosen well.

My bank is a branch of credit union. All I wanted was to change big bills for smaller bills, I had just pulled out the money from their ATM at the outside. Frances at the front desk was so rude, and denied me to even ask for it. As soon as I walked in she asked if I had an account with them, I said no, then she said “we would not be able to help you” “this is a branch only, and you would need to have an account with us” they are so unwelcome, didn’t even welcomed me when I walked in. Don’t go there if you don’t have an account because that people doesn’t help other people, sad.

Wasted my time, unethical, told me I was approved for a loan and after my mom drove from upland to westminister location to cosign we talked to a girl for overt an hour who said she was sending the info to the underwriter for an extension and they told me denied after. The first man I talked to was long tran and he apparently told me alot of hinky information. I now have an account there and have to drive back to OC to cancel it since I live in LA now. So upset.

This branch hosted the best Shred Day ever today....fast, efficient, effortless! Whoever organized the event is a genius in process flow management 😁
