SDCCU San Ysidro Branch Dairy Mart Rd, San Diego

Waiting on the phone for over 40min... and nothing.... The phone just loops in to it's own recording. All I had was a simple question.... I need to rethink banking options if this is how it is... very disappointed, especially when in the recording it continues to say that they are number one.... I beg to differ after waiting 40+ min. And yet nothing... never got through.

Terrible customer service! We are dealing with a fraud issue and there was zero cooperation and support from any of the employees from this bank, including the branch manager (Veronica). No professionalism was practiced to handle such a sensitive situation. Very disappointed that when we needed help the most they let you down.

Worst ever staff seems racist did not want to help me this is not MEXICO but they act like it if ur black they will deny u service if ur mexican u get vip treatment

Very nice people. Security guard is alway super nice and greets you. This place just helped me raise my credit score with a secured loan. Awesome

Unfortunately this is the closest branch location to me, the manager there is the worst I've seen in regards of Customer Service, there is a sense of entitlement from their part whenever dealing with staff, specifically the manager as everything falls down the chain. If you can avoid this Branch specifically, please do so. The tellers there are a mixed result, some very polite and efficient, some very similar to management emulating the behavior.

I went to deposit a IRA check into pre obtained account, I was left standing without any idea why for half an hour. I keep asking why is taking so long and she didn't explain or give me answer,I finally was fed up with incompetent teller and asked for my check back, then79guess a supervisor finally asked her what was going on and she was going to instruct

Wish i remembered her name. But she was super helpful with consolidation loans and even advice on getting credit cards . Never had bad experience. No did not get paid for this review.

when are you going back to regular hours?? specially Fridays?? I hate your new work schedule. at least Fridays you should close at 5.

Super slow wouldn't recommend if you are in a hurry.
