I pawn shop often. When I find good deals I buy and then resale on the internet. You got a 50/50 chance of being treated decently at the Tarrant location. Sadly that is miles above the way the center point location treats you.

I was in there needed to pawn my rings, turned out to be silver but they were very nice, gentleman that helped me tried very hard to be helpful and accommodating, very nice!!

After the shops were raided I decided I did not want to purchase a gun and was told that all but 2$ would go towards restocking and that they could only give me store credit for that..,terrible customer service. They even argued that they wouldn't be open if they weren't compliant. I was a victim of an armed robbery and had my engagement ring and wedding band valued at 3500$ stolen. I simply said that they are still crooks and let them take advantage of the customer..,who apparently is always wrong here. I will not buy anything from any location they have, and advise the same to you.

Not many choices. About 50 pistols and a little bit of yard tools like weedeaters. Very few power tools and about 10 flat tv's. Poor selection with high prices on worn equipment. Save your time and gas. Go elsewhere.

our truck was stolen from Fl. Theif pawned stuff to this location. Which pawn tickets were found inside truck . Owner slash manager which ever seemed to know it was stolen. Was told he knew theif personally. He changed serial number of the item on paper and didnt put in computer. which means law enforcement couldnt find anyways. never put either in computer. when we came in with deputy and informed why we were there , he brought out item wrapped up tight in plastic saying:" i know its yours, we dont even need to do papre work" . deputy said no that not how it works. She questioned and things did not add up. Seems to be a very shaddy palce.

They were awesome and friendly service

Wanted to buy a generator nobody would help me. I ask if the generators they had would run. The gentleman behind the counter told yes and told me to it outside and crank it. Did not help me at all would not quit watching tv. Generator did not run. Just plain rude.

Treat you like family pure on the business tip but family after everything is done...😂🤦💪💯

Employees don't seem to want to help you too concerned about the football game. Young lady working was very inexperienced and what I thought to be the manager seemed too interested in keeping track of what was happening on TV. Told me two of the earrings I was trying to Pawn had fake diamonds which they weren't. Offered me $40 on some jewelry I wanted to pawn I politely turned them down. Went to the Quik Pawn in Eastlake and got $350.

I've always experienced good service and great prices!
