    We purchased two vehicles in two days. While helping my mother purchase a new Jeep Cherokee I looked over the shiny Ram 1500 in the showroom. Came back the next day and they made me an offer on my Wrangler that I couldn't refuse and I left with that new truck. Very knowledgeable salesmen and not pushy. Very happy buying experience.

    Please do not get your car serviced here. My service provider was Luis and I came in to get a radio fixed. Before this dealership inspected my car everything was working properly AFTER they completed my car the radio that the installed did not work and was glitching along with my dashboard and mileage blinking. I took my car in on a Monday and by Tuesday the entire car did not work. I wasn't able to shut it on and the battery was completely drained. When I spoke with Luis about the issues my car was having there was nothing he could do for me. I left a message for the manager Brian many times and no one has contacted me nor has helped me. Update: it's been hours and not 1 person from this dealership has contacted me. I had to pay to get my car towed to another location as well as pay for this dealership to look at my car. Something that could have been avoided if Luis, Brian, and the team at Scott would have done there jobs and did their due diligence. This is unacceptable.

    Honestly from start to finish everyone was extremely helpful and just genuinely nice from online to in person . They made a stressful situation pleasant and less stressful. And my sales Dealer Jeff was absolutely heaven sent! I've never experienced a more compassionate professional 100% the best even !

    My Jeep overheated and was spilling radiator on the freeway. I was 10min away from this dealership so I called to give them a heads up I was going to be getting towed there. The girl at the service department tells me not to come and that I had to make an appointment. I told her “this is an emergency how am I supposed to schedule emergencies??” She said regardless if I’m driving in or getting towed in I would be turned away. She puts me on hold and then takes me to voicemail. I’ve NEVER dealt with such poor customer service especially from Jeep (I’ve owned about 6 now and refer friends) So I call the Downtown LA dealership, speak to the service receptionist and tell her what happened and verbatim she says “I can’t believe they would tell you that, that’s insane. Come right in, it may take a few days but we’ll take care of it for you” Moral of the story stay as far away from this trash dealership as possible. If you need service or are looking to buy go to anywhere else but this one.

    I've reviewed past reviews and it seems to be the same pattern with regard to complaints. The service department is really dropping the ball when it comes to customer service. It took me 2 weeks to get an appointment, fine, but now my car has been in service for a day and 1/2 now for a diagnostic; I'm unable to reach my advisor by phone and have yet to hear from him regarding any update. I had to go to the dealership to get an update, just to find out my car has yet to be looked at. 😡 I'm not even into this review stuff, however, I'm doing this in hopes of being heard along with the rest of the voices regarding the unprofessionalism on behalf of customer service in the service department.     Worst service experience ever. My 1-year old jeep wrangler 4xe had a check engine light because of an issue with the charger. I dropped the car off on a Monday around 8am. The car was not seen by a technician until Thursday and i didn't get the car back until the following Wednesday, 1.5 weeks later. Never received any update calls unless i called first. As soon as i received the car, i tried to charge and got the same error and check engine light was back on. Come to find out, the technician switched of the light, but didn't actually fix the issue...HORRIBLE! 4/29/22 Update: after Joel (GM) commented on my review I tried reaching out to him twice over the course of the week. I got a response from Jenny, who said Jasmin would reach out. Haven’t heard back from anyone.

    I definitely would not recommend going to this dealership unless you’re willing to pay her pay like crazy. I came in asking for a custom order Dodge Charger and they told me it would be 74k without taxes! Almost 20k over MSRP. I went to Glen e Thomas dodge dealership and they have way better service and I got my custom order Dodge Charger for MSRP from them which was only 56k. Do not go to this dealership! If you want a dodge go to glen e Thomas in signal hill

    What a great team of polite and professional folks, they may be wearing masks (which I appreciate how seriously they take customer safety!) its obvious they are all smiling and ready to help! From Parts to the Service Dept and up front in Sales everyone was ready to lend a hand whenever needed. The only downside was seeing all the great accessory ideas for my own Jeep Wrangler on the vehicles in the showroom, now I am trying to explain to my wife why we simply have to have a rooftop tent! Highly recommend Scott Robinson Jeep to buy or get your Jeep serviced!

    Trying to reach someone in the Service Dept. has been difficult, and when finally getting through, the interactions have been counterproductive and frustrating. The staff has been disorganized, incompetent, unhelpful, and every visit has required the hassle of having to escalate to a manager to get things done. Unfortunately, this dealership reflects poorly on the manufacturer. We will not buy a vehicle from this manufacturer again based on years of frustrations with this dealership. It's unfortunate because I've enjoyed driving my Grand Cherokee SRT as well as our Trailhawk.

    I talked to the salesperson J.T. after filling out an online form where I was quoted payments of 62k for a wrangler 4xe . When I got to the showroom he was aggressively trying to get me in a lease versus the purchase because he said I would save money and be able to access the 7500.00 tax credit immediately. When I mentioned to him that he would be the one taking advantage of the tax credit because they would still technically own the car at that point, he assured me that wasn’t true, which is a lie. After talking in circles with industry jargon to confuse me for a half hour, he gave me the lease vs purchase numbers (991.00 a month lease, vs 1349.00 a month purchase with 6k down). When I mentioned to him that the numbers were much higher than what I was quoted online, he told me that they don't include the APR in the quote online. I didn’t have access to my quote at that moment so I couldn’t prove him wrong, although I remembered differently. Anyway, I got home and checked and sure enough the APR WAS included on the Jeep website when I initially quoted the vehicle. When I texted JT and told him this, he said,” oh, but the website doesn’t include “the 10k market addendum.” He never mentioned that to me in person or prior to our in person meeting. He actually sent me texts with pics of the car's sticker, which of course doesn’t include this made up “addendum.” Ok, but let’s say that charging 10k on top of a sticker price was something that I would tolerate. When I did do the math for the finance using the numbers he was giving me - he was charging me 24,000 more than I was quoted online. 86k for a 62k car (38% more!) And the lease he quoted me was 981.00 vs 586.00 on the jeep website (67% more). Whatever you do, don’t go here, but if you must, stay away from JT, he is operating without any integrity - or maybe they all are?

    I was in the market for a car and had already been working on a deal with another Jeep dealer for the one I wanted. I was just stopping bye to see what inventory your location had and there was only one in stock. Jeff promptly greeted me and was by far the best sales man I have seen ever. There was no pressure and his knowledge was superb. I almost left. Got in my car, Jeff didn’t even ask for my phone number, but went back to ask if I could test drive it. Jeff let me and my wife take the car out alone which made the experience phenomenal being able to actually talk freely and see how it really felt. Through the entire process Jeff made me feel like he wanted to help me and was fully transparent on all accounts. Let me just share with you the impact you staff made. The other Jeep dealer wouldn’t even let me test drive a car until I filled out a credit application to see if I was qualified and I had to say I was interested in buying that exact vehicle. Their cars were dirty and way over priced, even in this market. They were aggressive and pushy. Not even bringing me a pricing sheet just writing numbers on a piece of paper and telling me what I was going to pay. They in my opinion are a shame to put the Jeep name up. Your team on the other hand I will be sending anyone that is in the market for any of your dealerships inventory. Please keep employing people like Jeff they do not make them like him anymore.

    Tried to shop here for a new jeep, haven't gotten help for a month from anyone. Ended up trying other jeep dealerships in the area and was helped right away. All you'll be told is they'll speak to their manager and you won't hear from them again.

    I'm so happy with my experience at Scott Robinson Jeep this past weekend! I was helped by Ashley Brown, who went above and beyond in helping me select a car without me having to spend hours at the dealership looking around. Based off of what I was hoping for in a car, he sent pictures of cars that matched certain features I wanted before I even arrived to the dealership. By the time I got to the dealership, all that was left was testing out the car I selected and signing the paperwork! I love my new Jeep Wrangler and appreciate Ashley's help in making the process super easy and quick for me. 10/10 experience, Thank you!!

    Tried to call and set up service appointment for a vehicle I purchased there. Within 2 week span I called several times with no one ever answering the service line. I left voicemails with no return calls. I was put several times on hold with message saying estimated wait time less then 1 minute. I finally disconnected after 10 minutes. I’m currently on hold with message saying estimated wait time 3 minutes and yet it’s been over 8 minutes according to my phone display. The receptionist said neither the general manager, service manager or anyone in charge is there today. Very disappointed in the customer service. Others may have had good service however the very limited contact I’ve had was unpleasant and attempting to get service seems nonexistent. FYI phone is now over 12 minutes and message still says estimated time 3 minutes.

    Completely baffling experience at the service department. Made an appointment to have the A/C checked in a Jeep that was still under warranty. The service advisor wanted me to leave the car for 4 days before it would get checked out and no loaner would be provided. After negotiating for 30 minutes they finally agreed to give me a loaner and to at least check into the issue that day. I called later that day and they said it was being checked out that moment and to expect a call back in 30 minutes. When I called back 45 minutes later they told me the service advisor had gone home. No one ever told me what the problem was. I took the car back the next day and will never return. Avoid this location for any service needs. Following up, I reached out to the dealership and said I was willing to discuss. An internet assistant asked to confirm my phone number, which I did, and then said they could give me a call to discuss. No one ever reached out to discuss. Took the car to Huntington Beach Jeep where they explained everything clearly, provided a loaner, and got the A/C working again, which was all covered under warranty. Even though HB Jeep was far less convenient of a location, they were at least professional and resolved the issues.

    Walking into the dealership, the sales personnel were great, test drove the car and was very happy with the car. My next experience is where the the finance manger Louis tried to take me for ride, bating and switching finance charge and optional services/increasing the cost of the optional warranty by $1000.. Caution: be sure to come in with your own financing and have the information readily. Although I came in with my own financing, sales personnel shopped other banks and offered me the highest APR, even though my bank approved me for a much lower finance rate. Louis said to me, in order to get the lowest APR, I had to take the optional warranty and inflated the price by $1000. The next morning, I contacted my bank who confirmed my approved financing, That afternoon, I went back to the dealer and demanded the terms and rate my bank offered me. I was very disappointed with their shady finance practice. I will not go back to that dealership for anything, nor would I recommend it to a friend.

    Wasted 4 hours of my day. Service Advisor didn’t complete paperwork properly. When brought to my attention I found the solution. He went to lunch and wasn’t concerned about me at all. I’ll NEVER go back after being disrespected. Was willing to give them a second chance. They didn’t complete the proper paperwork. They chose to cancel the work order with no follow up with me. If you go there have very low expectations

    Scott Robinson Jeep dealer, please improve your service appointment system. I made an appointment for 7:30am. When I arrived I was told that I’ll have to leave the car for the whole day. Thankfully the time was reduced to half a day, only after I looked and sounded shocked that it would even take that long. I got my car back 5 hrs later! The recall repair was estimated to take half an hour. I do not mean to be rude, but usually when I schedule appointment somewhere it is so that I get attended to relatively quickly. If I could recommend a change in the system, I would suggest to advise everyone that it’s a first come first serve basis, and have a limit on the amount of cars that you will accept per day. I think that will remove peoples surprise when you tell them you have to keep their car for a full day. I am thankful that the service team took care of the recall issue, and I would be willing to come back again if further repairs are needed on my Jeep.

    I dropped my car off on Friday because it started shaking and my engine light came on I was then told I was going to be charged 370 just to check the car out after calling a million times speaking to several people they agreed to waive that fee I dropped my car off Friday afternoon was told I would receive a call Saturday, Had to pay for a rental over the weekend, after calling 4 times Monday I finally got a call back after 2pm letting me know my car needed to have an engine coil replaced and wouldn't fall under my lifetime warranty to the engine I agreed to pay because I obviously need my car for transportation when I received the bill labor came out to be exactly what I was being charged to have my car checked out 40dollar part and 400 dollar labor. It's insane how they won't answer my questions or return my calls now

    Avoid going to this dealer. I had order a scatpack with Brian isawa. This guy wanted to charge a crazy price wanted to mark up the price. When I canceled the order he told me that I can’t afford a car like that, that that type a car was not for me. He was so unprofessional. He doesn’t even know how much money I make. Long story short, I went to rydell dodge dealership. And got a way better deal and saved myself 10k. This guy started telling me that I can’t afford that car without even knowing me. He was even telling me that, he was probably not going to be able to give me my deposit back, from when I order the car. I’m glad I didn’t do business with this guy. He needs costumer services skills and thinks that calling costumers broke would fix the situation. Now I know why this place has so many bad reviews. Who ever is in charge is not doing his job keeping all this unprofessional people there.

    Had service work done on my 2015 Ram 1500 This weekend and was pleased with the experience. It was busy but everyone was polite and handled the heavy workload efficiently. The work was done quicker than estimated and the level of customer service was great. Brian Moore went above and beyond and Danny and a couple other guys I cannot remember names but service department related, were all very professional. I have been coming to this dealership for service for years and have always had good experiences and this was nothing less. The bad dealer stuff you hear is not what you get at Scott Robinson Ram, Jeep, Chrysler these guys are great!

    Update: I reached out to the manager jnelson, hopefully he responds, will update again. I bought a Jeep last December and a few months later the paint started to chip on the front bumper. I saw it at the beginning of quarantine so it was not a big priority. In June, I contacted the dealership and they were no help. I tried again in September and still nothing. I tried one last time in the beginning of this month and no response yet. I believe I have been very patient but their customer service has not been satisfactory. What a way to treat your customers.

    Took car in for warranty work, even after agreeing to pay customer pay for work while waiting to verify warranty status 2019 jeep compass they did no work then when I came to see what was happening the service manager told me take my car somewhere else because I didn't buy it at Scott Robinson. Worst possible customer service ever.

    I came to the dealership without an appointment because there was fluid leaking from my truck. There were a few cars ahead of me and I was afraid they were not going to be able to fix my issue on this day.Thanksgiving was the following day, and I didn’t want to be without my truck. Caesar A. Let me know that he would do his best to get to me that day, but couldn’t promise. In the end they were able to fix the problem which made me a satisfied customer.     Went in with my sister greeted immediately by what seemed like a new sales guy. He was great when he took us in to the office he was searching up what we were looking for. Sister was ready to buy or even reserve the car on the spot. Then Chris didn’t catch last name came in, the rep that was helping us out introduce him but Chris did not even Acknowledge us what so ever. Went straight to telling us why we can’t do what we want. Then making it seem like it would be too much trouble for them to order the car. His whole attitude towards us was horrible. Not sure if he was discriminating on us based on how we were dressed, look, or that we look young which we are not no teens in our 30s, or even race. Now we are at carmax down the street signing paperwork as we speak. Too bad for you Chris no commission for you, and I feel bad for the new guy as well!

    Told I wouldn’t get the car same day or maybe not even the day after, which is fine by me, covid makes things go slower. But 2 days to diagnose my car, then told the next day I can pick it up just for them to call again and find a new problem an hour before I’m supposed to pick it up. It’s been five days now and have heard no update for two days on when I’ll get my car back, and now they’re closed on Sundays, not to mention the cost for maintenance. The whole point of an appointment and brining my car on a Tuesday was to get my car back before the weekend, not a week after I’ve dropped it off

    I am not one to write reviews, but I need to take the time to give credit where credit is due to Yolanda Dunn. Amazing customer service can really make a big impact in peoples' lives. People think that customer service is all about good business. It's not. It's about making your business human and making it into a real community member that can uplift the society in interacts with. If you don't have time to read the whole story, the summary is: 1) Yolanda's patience, empathy, skill, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile LITERALLY made a huge impact in the quality of my life 2) This is the 3rd place I took my Jeep to. No one else could figure out what was wrong with it and they had accurately it diagnosed in hours. It runs great now! Here's the story: I bought a Jeep from a dealership in February. I have a minimal budget and am in the process of rebuilding my credit after a physically and financially abusive marriage. The only option I could come up with fast for getting myself off of public transportation during a pandemic was to go to a buy-here-pay-here dealership with a harsh interest rate. I decided it was worth it to be safe. I bought the top tier of every warranty they had. The Jeep stalled out in the middle of a 6 lane highway on the 30th day of my full warranty, 100 miles over the cut off. I was travelling to Northern California to see family. I spent the next 10 days fighting to get the repairs covered by my warranty while stranded in a motel in the middle of the state. To make matters were, I was dealing with an issue that mimicked breast cancer at the time. I was missing important Dr. appointments, that were hard to get, that would help diagnose if my issue was breast cancer. I, like my Jeep, felt like I was broken down, stranded, and didn't know why. :0( It was a hard time. The Jeep went to two different shops who were both perplexed at what could be causing the issue. Finally, they noticed something -- the dealership that sold me the Jeep had taken the liberty of snipping my factory anti-theft system out and improperly installed their loss prevention GPS system that keeps my vehicle from starting in the event I don't pay my bill. It was causing a variety of electrical issues. Believing it fixed, I successfully drove home to LA. In not but a week the car had yet again come to dead stop, this time in the middle of a major intersection. My medical issues were becoming increasingly expensive so I parked the Jeep for a month until I could afford to have it towed into Scott Robinson Jeep. There was a continuum of issues with the warranty. The warranty company's odd system for processing claims conflicts with Scott Robinson Jeep's policies. I had a particularly hard time trying to rectify these communication issues while I was working all day and not permitted to use my cell phone. Yolanda and I had to play telephone tag day after day after day AND SHE REMAINED PATIENT WITH ME NO MATTER WHAT. To be honest, if I was her I would have been annoyed with me to the MAX. I was feeling so hopeless. Eventually, Yolanda figured out a way to solve the issue herself (thank god) and got clearance to contact the warranty company directly. They swiftly denied the claim. I kept arguing the denied claim until they finally relented. By Tuesday, Yolanda had called me to let me know work was complete. They had solved the mystery of my stalling Jeep! When I got there, yet again issues with getting the warranty company to pay, despite the fact that they had already agreed to. Yolanda placed a call to them to figure out what the deal was. She very patiently and professionally helped me handle that whole situation with them. She then took an extra 30 minutes or so to be on the phone and do paper work so that the payment could be pushed through IMMEDIATELY. I was driving out of their in the sunshine within the hour. Yolanda was a true blessing in my life. Thank you SO much, Yolanda.

    My experience with Yeimy Beltran, the service advisor was great. She promptly greeted me at my 7:30 am appointment and took down all the necessary info after asking me questions. When the service was done, she called me. Great one day service. If there was a slight dissatisfaction in my experience with Scott Robinson Chrysler, it was the price.

    Really great experience with John Morovitz on the sales side and excellent help from Ammar Nakami with issues post sales. Both men went out of their way to help me solve the issues and rectify the problems in an expedient and professional manner. Can't say enough about their customer service skills.     I have purchased a few new cars in the recent past. This was by far the best all around experience ever. I never felt any pressure nor did I feel ignored. I was always assured if I had any questions they were there to answer , and if I wanted to come in to test drive just let them know and the car would be ready. I called a couple weeks later car was ready when I arrived. I walked the lot to check out all the cars that interest me, I met Michael the internet sales manager when I was done . I introduced myself , he knew what car I was interested in , went for a test drive answered all my questions , he was very knowledgeable about the car. I gave him the paperwork requested , to qualify for a loan . Two hours later I was driving away in my brand new car . They offered me a fair price on my car as a trade in which I didn’t accept , there was no pressure to trade it in or any change in their friendly attitude. When signing the paperwork there was never any pressure to purchase extended warranties or services. It was quick straight forward everything explained to me. I can highly recommend you at least check these guys out if they have the car your looking for. It will be a pleasant experience whether you buy from them or not.     The absolute worst dealership I have ever been to! I had an appointment to have my truck checked at 0800 on a Saturday morning. I needed the recall taken care of as well as my brakes checked. Apparently appointments don't mean anything here. A rental car was covered under my warranty, so that was good, but it only covered 5 days. I called Tuesday to see what the status was on the truck and was told somebody would call me back. That never happened. I called Wednesday and I was told it still had to go on the lift to be inspected and they said they would call me back. That never happened either. By the way this was day 5 and I was supposed to turn my rental back in. Due to their incompetence and unprofessionalism in not calling me back, I kept the rental and stuck them with the bill. So I called Thursday to try to find the status, was told they would call me back, and to my surprise a few hours later they called and I was told it was ready for pickup. So I go to pick it up and was told to go to the cashier to pay, so I go and they tried having me pay for the rental. Ah hell no, I was pissed! I told them I wasn't paying, they fixed it and then I waited 30 minutes for them to pull it around. The absolute worst dealership ever. I will never go here again and would rather drive to a further place for better service. Stay away, you've been warned! Update** The reply by Dodge is total BS. They didn't even put the truck on the lift until day 5 or 6 and all the did was replace the recall part and charged me for a brake inspection. I don't buy the excuse of rushing considering I made an appointment and the appointment was based on availability of time.

    Went there for a couple of issues with my car. Beware they charge $175 for an inspection regardless if they find something wrong or not. If they do the inspection and if the issue(s) isn't covered by a warranty it's your cost. They advised me of this, so just a heads up. Many local places offer free estimates. -They gave me a quote for work on my AC and my rotors as I complained of odd noises and brakes squeaking. They quoted me $750+ for AC work that may not even be the issue but they needed to do it to further identify the issue on top of the $175 inspection fee. They also advised of $600+ for work on my rotors which should stop the squeaking. -I declined the work and went to pick up the car and was there waiting for over an hour trying to get my car back, very poor customer communication ultimately was the delay. -Took it to a local mechanic and they looked at it and fixed the AC issue for $20, washed off some salt residue which was actually causing the squeaking, and installed the glove box which the dealership just left off after they changed the cabin filter during my oil change. Ultimately terrible experience and just go to a local mechanic as they will be much more fair and reasonable and actually diagnosis the problem not just quote for items that make them more money.

    I recently had 4 new tires installed on my car, and the service was great. Check in appeared to be a very long line, but moved fairly quickly. They allowed my car to stay overnight so I could pick it up the next morning which was convenient, given my work schedule. Upon pickup, Yeimy even helped to retrieve my car when the valets were busy with other cars. She was very helpful from check-in to check-out and made the process very quick and easy.

    I started going to Scott Robinson since they bought Dodge world years ago and have always been happy with their service. The service department is great but their is one person who in my opinion is heads above the rest. That's Caesar! He was the only service writer brought over from Doge world when Scott Robinson took over, which says something about him. He's always friendly and up beat and extremely knowledgeable. When I come in for service it's like going to see an old friend. Anytime there's been an issue with my vehicle Caesar always goes the extra mile to remedy the situation. When I make an appointment for service I know I'm in good hands. Caesar is an import asset to Scott Robinson and the service department.

    I had my 2013 Dodge towed here due to transmission problems. Just moved here from another state, and this was the closet service center to my home. Although I had no advance reservation, the diagnosis and associated communication was quick and helpful. Bryan in Service kept me up to date on the repair options, and helped work out a solution that came in significantly below what I was expecting to pay for the required work. I was very very pleased overall, and will definitely keep coming back for future needs.

    I am a new customer of this dealership, so I am somewhat hesitant to pass my final judgment on them, but, must say that so far so good. Car had an issue. Dropped it off late at night. They hooked me up with a replacement vehicle - nice and easy - (oh well, for that I am sure I had to have bought the car from them, which I did), and they called me telling me it was fixed the very next day. No problems there. I hope it continues that way.

    Very poor service department. They advertise drive up oil change services, but this is the second time I have been turned away for service! I even called 1/2 hour before driving down to the dealership and was informed that I did not need to Make an appointment for an oil change service. Drove to dealership and was told by Christian Rubio I couldn’t be serviced. Informed him I just called 30 ago to make sure I wasn’tgoing too to waste my Time, because this dealership, Scott Robinson , had given me a previous excuse that they didn’t do the Express oil change, they advertise. Rubio didn’t care and just told me to come back tomorrow. This dealerships service department can’t properly communicate with each other and is a joke. Don’t bother wasting your time and money with this dealership!

As we did explain to you, one of our Express oil change lifts malfunctioned, leaving us with a back up of oil changes to do on only one lift. I understand how frustrating it is to be told to come in only to be told that we wouldn't be able to complete your service, but we were left with very few options with an inoperable oil change lift. Once again, I am sorry you experienced this disappointing situation, but sometimes these things happen. We hope we can work with you in the future to make up for this poor experience.

    Good service experince. 12 month service for a plug in minivan. The online booking portal is very good, makes it clear what is required by manufacturer, and what is optional. The work was completed quickly and staff managed the busy check-in line of cars well. Good communication. Only improvement would have been plugging the van in for a charge before I picked it up.

    What an experience yesterday! I was nit expecting to receive the service and care I got yesterday! Way above and beyond customer service! Since the pandemic hit I lost everything! The only thing that I had left was my jeep! Unfortunately my Jeep was giving me a lot of financial trouble the last 6 months and I was already having trouble financially. My credit was ruined and my savings depleted. Honestly I don’t even know what I was thinking going into the dealership. I had everything against me. That was until I met John Morovitz and Pete Serrano! First John, I mean I understand it’s their job to sell cars but what he did for me yesterday left me speechless! He understood all my issues, bad credit, no money, no insurance NOTHING! I really thought I had no chance! But John was empathetic towards my situation and calmed me down and even he was a bit weary about my situation, but he was resilient and compassionate he got me approved for a trade in!!! And Pete, well he was just the icing on the cake! He ensured that I was getting taken care of and when it came down to signing the paperwork, he made it happen and I left with a new car (used)! I didn’t think this was possible with my financial issues, but I’m glad I decided to walk in that day! Definitely world class customer service!

    My experience at Scott Robinson was as straight forward and as comfortable as one would want it to be. From the second I called the dealer till the moment I drove out the lot, John Morovitz treated me with respect and transparency every step of the way. The first time I went in I spoke to him and asked many questions, all which were answered in a satisfactory manner. He was very clear with what my options were, helped me look at the numbers and was not afraid to give me a straight up response. I left that day not sure of what to do, so I shopped around other dealerships / used car lots. In this current market, it was extremely hard to find a dealer who wasn't charging a crazy market adjustment, even on the base model options. Scott Robinson however has the advantage of not viewing their business as just transactional and sales driven, but as building relationships and creating a good experience to the individual, John M being a prime example of that. That's why I went back and bought a new car with no unreasonable mark ups. Their no nonsense, no bs, honest approach was what won them my patronage. Even the financing department did not try to give me the run around on things I didn't need in the name of profits. In fact they helped me get more out of my purchase solely to assure I left taken care of, at no extra cost to me. In my case, I dealt with seasoned professionals who would much rather spend their time helping out then to waste it trying to get every dollar out of you. If you're in the market for one of the few places left that can get you a good deal now a days, look no further, and be sure to ask for John M.

    Their service people are very unprofessional and terrible. I took my new Jeep in as it had a few defects after having it for a couple months. They only run a test and did not even look into my problems. I still have same issue after getting my car back. In addition, my 12 year old forgot her item in a loaner and called the service department. After the call, my kid was very frightened as the guy answered was very rude. I live close to this dealer, but I will drive a few extra miles to get to an appropriate dealer next time.

    worse service ever, Betsy told me was going to leave the car keys for the car to be picked up after hrs and she did not. Spoke with sales supervisor and had the worse attitude "don't know anything from that department " and kept walking. Last time I do business with them. Betsy couldn't find records that my car been at that dealer before which was not True, my vehicle been there before 3 times. As I mentioned to the service Manager, staff need to be retrained and they need to take principles of customer service classes. Betsy told me we went over and over yesterday and I do not have time to baby sit you. Was her response when I told her to consult with someone who has more experience in this field.

    This review is primarily for their service department. I have bought tons of vehicles from them for my fleet and I do not understand their whole new reservation process for taking in a car for service. 1) We had 2 new Durangos that had a safety recall, we decided to bring it in. They told me they could not take a look it without an appt. I asked the next appt was for 3 weeks later. Keep in mind a safety recall that was only a software update. Took my vehicle to HB Jeep and got it done within same day. 2) Had a different SRT Durango that har service traction control. Brang it in and they said appt only. We told them that is fine, we will leave it here and take your time to look at the vehicle. They would not even accept or even look at the vehicle. This is me buying over 30 vehicles with them since 2016 for my business. I don’t mind buying from them as their sales dept is top notch, but their service process is by far the worse I’ve seen in any brand/manufacturer. Do not use COVID as an excuse not to look at the vehicle.

    After going to this location for a simple oil change just days ago, I was greeted by someone by the name or Betzy Sanchez, who claimed Service as her department with the most disgusting attitude. Her professionalism and attitude was a disgrace to customer service. As a walk-in and a first time customer at this location, I had questions due to information given over the phone that didn't quite add up to the information Betzy had given me. She quoted me one price that was about $50 more than was given to me over the phone. While I didnt have a problem paying, I did have a problem with being given a price that mucy more on just an oip change. When I asked her about this, she asked me if I wanted an oil change or did I want to go somewhere else. Another employee overheard her and was in disbelief. She actually was giving me other options instead of doing business wirh me. So again, I tried to get clarity and her response to me was, "the price is the price". When I told her I'd much rather deal with someone else, she told me there was nobody else. You and I know that she couldn't possibly run an entire department by herself at a dealership of this magnitude on a busy morning. So as I asked for a manager, she told me there were no managers available without even checking. I was a bit taken back and was talking to another employee named Scott Turner who informed me that the General Manager, Joel Nelson, had just arrived. After he did his rounds he went to his office. After seeing he was settled, I asked the receptionist at the round information desk if she could call him because I wanted to talk to him regarding the service I had received. After explaining the situation, he went around to speak with other employees who also witnessed the encounter with Betzy. While he was gone, I was notified that my car was ready. When I went to the cashier to pay for my oil change, I was informed that Mr. Joel Nelson took care of the situation and that I didn't have to pay one penny. He reiterated to me that my business at that location was indeed wanted and that I could contact him in the future concerning any business that I needed to handle at that location. So I didn't give 5 stars because of the service I received on the front line, but 4 stars because I felt valued as a customer and a human being by the management and other employees I encountered. It is my hope that Betzy receives the training she needs to exemplify what it means to be an employee for one of the nation's largest automotive brands and just as a human being.     Very bad customer service, i had my car in for a month because after 50 miles on a brand new challenger the engine light turned ON. They gave me my car back dirty as hell and now it has a glitch on the electrical ever since. I told them about it and they never did anything about i would never buy anything from them. One of the sellers told me that with my income i wouldn't get any car there. I looked for another one after he checked my info he gave me my challenger but it was the worse experience ever. They hire trash people that should be selling candies at the corner lights instead.

    This is a service related matter. I am not speaking for the sales floor. The customer service is horrible. The first time my wife and I stood at the counter for 3 mins. This is with associates going back and forth that made eye contact with me. I truly understand being swamped but acknowledge me at least. The second time more recently I called and the associate could not find me in the system. It was odd because I have been serviced there. She did apologize and mentioned that someone probably entered a wrong digit. I did not have my VIN on hand so I had to call back. But when I hung up it dawned on me that the staff member did not try to input my info again. Although, she mentioned the number could be wrong but made no effort to verify it. Usually someone will confirm if there is an issue. Maybe small but it was irritating, nonchalant, and took unnecessary time.

    If I could give a zero star I would.. I came in with my wife to look at a car and I currently was upside on my current Loan .     This was my second time purchasing/leasing with this dealership. I felt like I received a good deal, especially on my new lease. My sales associate, Ashley, was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He pointed out so many of the well thought out details that make Jeep what it is. He was super helpful in getting me on the road by assisting in pairing my phone with the Jeep.     Got my car here about 5 years ago. It was a pre-owned 2016 at a steal! Only had 8K miles and they sold it to me for $16K with financing AND gap insurance. My car still works perfectly fine, runs great and has been a great car. The service department was good. They took FOREVER to change my tires (a whole 6 hours) but they were nice and let me hang out and watch TV and eat all their food. The cars are good, in great condition and even the used ones are fabulous. I'm gonna get my next car here, they worked with me very well to get the monthly price I wanted. Hopefully all the patient, well intentioned people that were there before are still there.

    The entire experience here at Scott Robinson was fantastic from start to finish. Nearly without missing a beat upon my arrival, I was greeted by Jeff Azar who is a sales associate who's approach to sales is one of absolutely no pressure whatsoever. After talking to Jeff for a bit and expressing my interest in a specific vehicle, he promptly introduced me to the Sales Manager, Ammar Nakami. I cannot express how helpful and straight-forward he was when I wanted to know specifics about the vehicle I was interested in. He helped me get an amazing deal on the vehicle that I wanted and the entire process was super smooth. I had a chance to meet and speak with the General Manager Joel Nelson who really exemplifies what it means to be professional and friendly. He really runs a great facility and was honest and forthcoming when I expressed concern over a matter I had previously concerning a service issue. He assured me that if I ever ran into any problem whatsoever, to feel comfortable coming straight to him with any concerns that I may have in the future. I am very happy with my overall experience. This is my second new vehicle purchased at this dealership and there's just a level of personal attention and willingness to be fair and make sure the deal happens that is missing at a lot of other dealers.     The experience not acceptable. I came into your dealership to have my Dodge Bighorn pickup serviced but seem to interrupt a guy talking to his wife. Went to the next office and was directed to a small office (cubby hole) where I explained that I wanted to make an appointment for Saturday, She said, I don't know why you were directed here. She asked me to wait, which I did, then she disappeared into the bay area. She returned 20 minutes later and was upset 😡.

    Betsy in the service department was very rude and disrespectful. I’ve been a customer since 2016 and never had the issue of dealing with an attitude here. They really need to train her on her customer service skills. I came at 8am for an oil change, I didn’t come at 8am to deal with her ugly attitude.

    Take your business elsewhere - Horrible customer service experience from the people at this location. They of course act truly helpful during the buying process but once that deal is signed they do not care you were a customer of theirs. They heavily promote the Mopar app when you get a vehicle from them and the countless emails from Jeep to leverage the app for everything. Then when you make appointments on said app to get your car serviced, receive a confirmation and reminder text night before, only to show up that you no longer have an appointment and it is first come first service anything with an oil change. They give you some run around that the app is faulty or it’s an offsite system and quote what is on their website, but no longer the app they spoke highly of. Worst part, no empathy or caring from the Sales Team or Service Department about the misinformation. They are just onto the next poor sap to get their money and kick to the curb. There’s other friendlier Jeep dealers in Los Angeles to take your business to, certainly what I will be doing.

    The service department is horrible. They had my suv multiple times and kept it for over 2 weeks. I had issues with them each time. They said they couldn't duplicate the problem but they never listened to me on how the issues were occurring. I escalated the issue to the corp customer service and was given the opportunity to take it to a different dealership and with in one day they found the issues. This dealership service department is incompetent. Veto is also extremely rude i was told i needed to hurry up and make my decision they had other things to do, this was said in front of the service manager Brian and he said nothing. I would never recommend any one to go here.

    I had an appointment scheduled at 9:30. I was there on time and was told my car will be serviced within two hours. I walked to Torrance Boulevard and back. My car was in the same location as where It was initially taken to. I asked the gentleman when will my car be worked on, he explained that it would be another 20 minutes. I walked around for 20 minutes and came back and my car was in the same spot and had not been worked on. 3 1/2-4 hours wasted. I ended up taking my car without getting it serviced. The worst!!!!

    Though new & only 6000 miles after 5 months, they've always managed to handle all issues. Their new waiting lounge is very nice & roomy. If you're thinking off-road worthy, but not a Wrangler, think Trailhawk. Solid rig.

    The absolute worst experience. Took my van in for a warranty issue identified by Carmax. My car has been there 6 days with no real updates. They can't tell me anything. What's even worse is that they don't care. They won't give me a loaner for a family vehicle for 2 babies. The manager and Luis are terrible.

    I would give this place 0 or negative stars if I could. I'm not one to write bad reviews but wow, this place is a disaster. They hang up on you when you're in need of service and don't accommodate your needs. They are shady, rude and their customer service is even worse. Save your time and do not come to this dealership. I bought a brand NEW jeep and they gave me the car with discontinued tires! 3 weeks after purchase, I had a flat tire and the car doesn't even come with a spare tire! I spoke to other customers who had this issue and I am working on filing a class action lawsuit against this dealership and Jeep for malpractice and putting their customers in harm. In addition, when I called to to speak to the general manager, they would hang up the phone on me. Take my word on it- from someone who doesn't even take the time to write bad reviews!     Made my appointment online. Arrived and was greeted by Yolanda. She wrote up my order and asked me if I had any questions. I asked about some optional services, she said I didn't need it. How great is it when your service advisor doesn't try to sell you stuff you don't need? She is friendly and very quick. My car needed to be held overnight and they ordered a rental. I was out of there in minutes. Yolanda called me the next day that my vehicle was ready, again out of there in minutes and on my way. I looked at the service area where they fix the cars, it was the cleanest mechanic area I'd ever seen. I am very happy with my experience at Scott Robinson.

    Came to this dealership with my mom after having a horrible experience at the one in Huntington Beach. Walked into this dealership and we were greeted by Michael, we explained to him our situation and what we were looking for. He without hesitation helped us and did he's best to get us the best deal on the Jeep Renogate. After Micheal got us the best deal we finished the paper work with Steve.     I scheduled my 21 Rebel for service because the front sensors are not working properly. I arrived on time only to wait for an advisor then they tell me no rental cars due to Covid but it's advertised on their website. This is why I rated 1 star , my vehicle wasn't touched for a whole day, no phone calls , no updates and i was told the electrician was busy so it might be another day without my vehicle. I took back my truck and scheduled for a new day Sept 3. I'm not going anywhere this time and will demand the electrician look at my truck as soon as it gets there.

    I ordered a bed cover and liner for a truck. When parts came in, I wasn’t notified. Upon my call to check status and request installation, I was given an appointment the following week. I arrived at my appointment for the installation at 9:45 am. I was told that I may need to leave it overnight. I was not happy since I planned to wait for the process to finish. I spoke to the service manager Brian (sp?) He did not provide a card. He told me the appt. was only for check in and not the work. He said my email should’ve explained. Didn’t get an email & asked what he would do about that. He said make sure I got an email next time. So, I’m going to sit in front of their place all day and night if need be. But it’ll be the last time.

    I have been a bit of a difficult customer with other dealerships. So although this is a late review, it needs to be said that my experience in August 12-14 2020 was exceptional. Brought in my Jeep with a leaking radiator, was fixed by day 3. (Dealership is understandably having trouble meeting the demand for service given covid, etc., so three days is very reasonable.) My requests to Cesar A were politely considered and politely dealt with. I'll definitely be back.

    Addendum liars. For those who do not know, an addendum is the car dealerships version of a hotel's resort fee. Only difference is they hide this info from you then when you are down to the finish and ask for all the number breakdowns and point out there is a discrepancy they finally admit to forced additions to the car. One that is not even installed on the car but it is a "key replacement" program. The other two are clear coat and LoJack. The LoJack that Chris informed me is mandatory $1,500, no exceptions. Here is my biggest problem, just tell me the cost. Don't hide something then try gaslight me into think I am the only one who didn't see your hidden addendum. Chris told me, "if I had a dollar for every person confused by the addendum"... Yeah Chris, it is because you are misleading people and lying so they are ALL confused. Chris also told me to feel free and complain because "We have been here a long time before you and we will be here a long time after you". Nice Chris... Great way to talk to customer. I will absolutely never buy from here. I will sooner drive 30 miles and go pay a dealer who is honest.

    I have been coming to this dealership to service my vehicle since 2013. I've had nothing but good experiences up until now. They instated a new appointment only policy which is not a problem a inconvenience yes, but not why I am rating them with one star. I arrived at 3:30 to drop of my vehicle for a oil change when they informed of the new appointment policy. I was not informed over the phone but I made the appropriate plans to rent a vehicle and pick my vehicle up the next day. The new appointment based policy states that walk-ins will be handled at the end of the day that is why I opted to rent a vehicle and leave mine there which should have given them plenty of time to perform a oil change. Fast forward to mid day the following day I had to call the service department twice to get a update on the progress on my vehicle. On the second time around I was able to get confirmation that my vehicle is ready to be picked up. My plans were to pick my vehicle up during my lunch break, but once I arrived I saw my vehicle in the shop bay still on a lift. I talked to the service provider that confirmed my vehicle was ready and he had no explanation for his lies and he thought it was a joke. I tried to get a hold of a manager to no avail. This dealership has dropped its customer service as a priority and has lost a customer because of that.

    HELPFUL TIP TO GRAND CHEROKEE SHOPPERS I'm giving it 4 stars so hopefully more people will immediately see this, This Dealership deserves 1 star. I leased a Grand Cherokee Altitude from Scott Robinson a few years ago, I loved the car but did not have the best sales experience. Since then I've heard they improved so I gave them a second chance when I began my shopping for another Grand Cherokee and what a mistake that was. Their sales managers are an absolute joke or think the customer is an absolute joke. I've contacted them numerous times over the course of the past month attempting to get information and a deal for their Limited X and they say they'll call you back and never follow up. It's like they don't take your business seriously or care about it, maybe it's a sales technique to make the customer chase after them. I'm not sure what it is but it's disappointing. Not only that but when they finally get back to you they have the audacity to give you ridiculously high lease numbers that go way above the value of the Grand Cherokees they are selling. I ended up going to Jeep in Downtown LA where they didn't treat me like a burden, I will be recommending all my coworkers and avid car shopping friends to go downtown instead of Scott Robinson. In my shopping experience over the years I've noticed a trend that most of the overpriced lease deals have all come from South Bay dealerships and Santa Monica. Try heading to the valley or downtown for the best deals. RESPONSE to Scott Robinson: I gave you my business in the past and your dealership screwed up majorly and lost my SS#, clearly that was a mistake and I shouldn’t have expected your dealership to hire better employees, it was a mistake to believe things might be different a second time. As I stated, I did not give you my business this time, I went elsewhere and others should do the same if they want a better deal or to not have their personal information compromised because of sloppiness by your employees. What a disappointing response from the same sales manager I spoke to on the phone.

    Can I list zero stars? Run from these crooks. Spent 450 bucks for a dupe jeep key and an oil change. Picked up car - and they forgot to include the $400 new key! After 10 minutes, they found it in the back. Incompetent and over priced. The location in signal hill could've done it for much less. I - sadly - picked a more convenient location. Never again. When confronted with their incompetence, I was promised a $50 dollar reimbursement from my salesperson. After 8 days - still waiting. Thanks Scott Robinson for your dedication to your clients. Shameful.

    Continued bad service, lack of follow through, no communication, and disregard for my situation for service and car rental. Rental car reservation never happened as they said it would. I had to do it myself. It wasn't until days later I finally found out who my service advisor was, Caesar. Between him and the service manager, Brian, they both lack competency. It's was a challenge to get Caesar to contact me and actually have a conversation about the vehicle. Never did. Now trying to pick it up, can't, because I wasn't communicated to they close at 2pm on Saturday. This is another form of communication I expect from the advisor. I want my car out of service today!!

    Great price but... I went to this Jeep dealership after researching the best price available on a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I called and my sales rep informed me the vehicle was available and confirmed the price. I went in, test drove the vehicle and within 30 minutes informed them that I wanted to buy the vehicle. I waited for an hour while they drafted paperwork only for them to tell me that I needed to pay an additional $1200 for a Electronic Tracking Device that came pre installed with the vehicle. When I asked for them to remove it, they informed me that it could not be removed but that my insurance would give me a heavy discount for having this device. I called my insurance who informed me that the only discount available was for 20 cents a month. Then my salesperson came and informed me that I couldn't receive a further discount of $1000 due to an outside company providing finance. I said sorry I'm not interested and said I was going to leave. Then the finance manager asked me to stay so he could try to get me a better offer and had me waiting for 1.5 hours only to tell me that there was nothing they could do. I left the dealership only for them to text me 10 minutes later offering $300 off. Then an hour later they offered to discount $500 off. Then on the 3rd day they offered to remove the tracking device charge. But by this time I went to a different Chrysler dealership who offered me better financing and no additional tracking equipment charges. My advice: The discounts here are great but do not pay for the Electronic Tracking Device which will not save you money and don't commit on your first visit. Ask to look around and see if the dealership is willing to give you a better price!

    Had my car get checked here for a sound it was having. It was great. The serve advisor David was good and he even helped to get me settled in a rental. On day of pick up I got helped by Frankie he was so attentive got me back the in no time. I also got to meet the tech Jr to make sure the sound it was making was gone he was beyond helpful even after I asked 1,001 questions about the car. Amazing that shows the patience and great customer service they hold.. thank you Scott Robinson Chrysler for having great employees... will definitely be coming here for service and any other issues I might ever have (hopefully none anytime soon ) with my Jeep.

    We came in checking for minivan options. Our sales rep, Jeff Azar, walked us through many different options. He showed us used cars that we were interested in, and then took a lot of time to show how we could get into a new vehicle as well. He literally spent hours with us, showing different models with different options. Then he worked a small miracle in getting great financing options and all. The finance team was very helpful and everyone was totally professional in getting us into a car that we never thought we could get. We look forward to working with the Service team, as we bring the car back for regular service.

    I had been shopping around for some time for my Jeep and checked out many dealers. Daniel was able to help us out. I knew exactly what I wanted and he was outstanding throughout the entire process! He maintained his professionalism throughout (which is a lot more than I can say for many of the other dealers and salesmen I went to). He was very polite and did everything he could to get us a great deal. Only downside (minus one star) and it was not with Daniel was that my debit card was ran twice for the down payment on the financing side of things and it still has not been returned to me. Still working on getting that refunded. Aside from that I am extremely happy with my purchase. Thanks Daniel!

    really, REALLY bad follow through with this place. I was in the market to buy a Jeep Wrangler. I went in person and did a walk through. A couple days later I called only to leave a message with the person who left me a card. I called again the next day which is crazy and didn't pick up again. I ACTUALLY called for the third time to the dealership to get ahold of this person and they didn't respond so I ended up buying my Jeep somewhere else. They totally lost a sale..... I was like WOW . . . one star at best just for because I like Jeeps and I was able to walk around and look at all the nice Jeeps. Oh . . . I forgot, I called about two years later to get a tune up . . . . ssaammee thing........

    I brought my car in for service on February 2nd and was told my radio needed to be changed because my navigation system wasn't working correctly. I also had smelled some gas in the car and my remote start wouldn't work. Long story short, my car was in service for 2 MONTHS until April 1st. In total, I called the dealership 6 times asking for updates on the car. I never received a call, a text, or even an email in response. Those calls ranged from February 10th to March 20th. Finally, around March 20th, I got a call back from the manager saying the car was still not ready (over a month and a half after I dropped it off). The last 2 times, I called, I was transferred to the service manager because I expressed some frustration over the phone. The most frustrating part of the process (aside from having my car sit at a dealership for 2 months) was the complete lack of communication and updates on the their behalf. While all of this was happening, I was out of a car and was still having to pay for my lease. Would not, by any means, recommend the service department at this dealership. Unorganized and a complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction. I will never again by a Jeep and I would recommend that no one take their car here for service.

    Less than adequate service. They kept our car for 3 days just for an oil change and recall without any communication. Initially I was told car would be ready by 5pm same day. On the third day I called to check on status and was told by service rep that she did not know, but would find out and let me know in 2 hrs. 7 hrs later no call back so my husband called only to be placed on hold and then disconnected. I don’t the the service rep like her job that much,or maybe just having a bad day. Regardless, not by any means positive experience. Thanks

    Terrible place to try and buy a car. I went in perfectly aware of my credit score & how much money I wanted to put down. When they ran my credit they told me it was a 100 points lower than what it was. Not only that the car I wanted was $15,550 and I wanted to put 5k down which is a pretty decent down payment. Then they told me they couldn’t approve me unless I put $9,000 which is ridiculous! I have the money but I’m not going to do that. This would have been the 3rd car I’ve bought from the dealership I know how this works. These people like to scam women! Go buy a car somewhere else

    Bad customer service (appointment system is a joke) and bad workmanship in the past (e-break repair on a 2011 JK under warranty that went faulty again after a few months and they also forgot to reconnect the e-brake indicator light connector). I waited too long to go back to repair the repair so I'm on my own is what they said, but still...bad workmanship. Only good thing about my last visit is that it was an airbag recall repair so no money out of my pocket. This is how my recall visit went down 7:30 am Arrived for appointment and met with Caesar. Asked him how long it would take and he said It would be ready about 1 or 2 pm, they will call me. 3:30 pm I'm calling dealer and the only person who could tell me where my Jeep is, is the guy who checked me in. They page him. 3:38 pm Call my wife to tell her my Jeep isn't ready so now she had to get off work early to pick up the kids. 3:42 pm Text from dealer saying Jeep is ready. The kicker is that some of the paper work I signed when I picked it up (got a pic) says they started at 1:50 finished at 2:22 but didn't close the work order till 3:42...after I called them. Why give me a 7:30 appointment if they won't get to it till almost 2...I could have been running errands. Or why not tell me it only takes under an hour to replace a faulty airbag....I would have waited. When I asked how long it would take I meant how long for the repair, not how long for them to decide to get to it. I guess I should have been more specific. What's the point of making an appointment if they pull this kind of stuff?! What dealers fail to realize is that because of their bad customer service we the customers suffer from lost income (my wife having to leave work early for example). Never going back to Scott Robinson again unless I really really have to.

    The seven year old battery died on my 2012 Dodge Charger; I scheduled a service appointment on line and within minutes got a response from Cesar Arizmendi confirming my next day appointment. Had my car towed to the dealership the next morning, arriving two hours before my scheduled time! However, Cesar created the work order immediately, provided an estimate, sent me a text to let me know my car was ready, and when I went to pick up the car, he confirmed both the cause, cost of my repair and no additional repair recommendation. This is high quality, efficient and effective customer service!

    I went to Scott Robinson Jeep and Dodge in Torrance recently for an oil change and a complementary 27 point inspection. Though they were a little busy at the time they were able to accommodate me. I was in and out in 11/2 hours. Cesar A. kept me appraised throughout my stay by text, (very convenient).     We just bought the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid from this dealership. This dealership is good 2 hour drive from home. They had the car we wanted. Communicated with Daniel (Internet Sales) at the dealership multiple times before we went to purchase the vehicle. Daniel has been very responsive and courteous thorough-out the process.
