Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined that the easiest part of an otherwise very stressful home purchase was going to be dealing with the mortgage lending company. But Scott Griffin financial was frankly the best member of the very large team it takes nowadays to buy a home. They were simply fantastic. The rates were better than anyone, but it really was the care they gave during the process. They followed up and followed up and followed up. They've fulfilled every promise they made. They had a real advanced technology platform that made given them documents so simple and easy to keep track of. The other mortgage brokers I have dealt with in the last two years just seem so amateurish and can't even come close to this excellent company. I'm happy that for the rest of my life I have a mortgage broker and never need to look again.

Three years ago, my parents used Scott Griffin Financial when they relocated from the East coast to the West coast. It was such a great experience for them. Recently, when rates fell and we were looking to refinance, I knew that we wanted to work with Scott Griffin Financial. Scott and his entire team made our refinancing process so easy. Let me start with Wow. So glad that my first loan failed because Scott Griffin and team got me an even better deal. Super responsive and made my life so much easier. During the few days of closing, Scott sent me a personalized video explaining the process and the status of my loan. The 14-day closing time allowed us to secure our desired home in the second round of bidding against multiple buyers. Like many things, the 14-day close is a trade-off, in this case between maintaining control (the ability to walk away) and reducing the transaction time.
