They never answer the phone, called the entire day never returned my calls, they block my account just before a 4 days weekend, they didn't let me use card. This is so frustrating, before becoming a member of credit union, read all bad reviews, terrible service.

The online site seemed fine before the upgrades and updates. It has been so stressful .I am at the point to changing to a new bank or credit union and I have been a member for 36 + years . I am not actually positive what my username, pin or anything else is. I cannot get through to the office by phone It's always busy.It is AIt difficult to navigate the new site I am still not sure if the phone app is available .I wish their was an option to choose back to the way it was. It was not broken.Wish you had left it alone.

This is horrible, what was the point of redoing the system if I’m not about to sign into my account online or even getting a hold of someone I’ve been calling these people for the pass 2 days and no answer. I’ve been waiting for someone for about a hour then the service hung me up now I have to wait all over again. I’m on the verge of going else where. I’ve been with this credit union for 33 years never been anywhere else because my WHOLE FAMILY have the same credit union, but I think it’s about that time to change services. It’s bad enough I live about 45 minutes away from bank now I have to go up there just to ask them to reset password.. This is ridiculous!!!!!!

Horrendous!!! Have been trying all day to get a hold of somebody. Been on hold the whole day the whole day called several times with different phones to the two phone numbers that are listed on all your platforms they were either busy or put on hold by the automated system. Have not talk to a person, my father's is elderly and needs help it should not take us this long to get ahold of somebody, should not!!! You guys are not the IRS this is not a holiday nor are we next to any holiday at this time, there is no words for your poor customer service of a non answering your phone or having somebody acknowlege you.

Worst financial decision I made in 2013 was doing business with Schools Federal Credit Union. Customer service was terrible (with the exception of one individual). They do everything different than any other bank or credit union and it all moves at glacial speed. But the worst is the way they advertise a high interest rate for savings and then reduce it by more than 90% retroactively based on a footnote on their rate page. In other words, they have your money for almost three months and then decide not to pay you the interest they advertised. Classic bait and switch. Avoid this company like the plague!
