Savina has been little more than useless. Her communication during our claim was nonexistent. We had to do all of the legwork ourselves and only heard from her when (if) she returned our calls. I asked her to send over our current policies so we could start shopping new agents / providers. Today, she basically said she hasn't been in contact because we said we were leaving her agency. Mind you, we haven't yet left because our month-long claim is still not resolved. My husband's family has been clients of Savina's for a very long time; if we cannot receive good customer service from her, I can't imagine who could.

David is a great help. He is definitely a throwback from the days of good old customer service. He is willing to go above and beyond to make sure I understand EVERYTHING. He is very personable, yet very professional. Switching to State Farm was a breeze with his assistance. Because of David, I highly recommend Savina Pavluk - State Farm Insurance!

Let me tell you how wrong Mr. Dwight who left a 1 star review is...I have been with Savina for the last 5 years and never have felt more at home when discussing any of my policies with her. Any time an unexpected increase comes around, a simple phone call and a couple questions will resolve the issue. Savina, Wendy, Marie, all of them do a fantastic job over there and honestly, family is their middle name. Don't let an irritated 1 star review change your mind from doing business with this firm. Keep doing what you are doing!

Savina has been with us through so many milestones in our lives. Buying a home, raising children, driving teenagers, college students, starting our own small business. She's been there for us every step of the way asking all the right questions and making sure we have the appropriate coverages.

My son graduates from Medical school and they contact me to change coverage increasing his rate by 50%. After 28 years with the same agent this seemed to be the old "bait and switch" sales technique. Of course I was told I was helping my son there was no mention of a 50% rate increase. No accidents or reason for the increase!

Wendy displayed poor customer service and displayed behavior that resulted in my household switching agents. As customers, you have to trust, feel comfortable and know that agents office has your family's best interest at heart. Unfortunately, after my dealings with Wendy, I felt very uneasy continuing business here.

My hubby got rear ended and Savina (our state farm agent) helped us set things up with the others insurance to get the repairs done.

Savina is the best in the business. She genuinely cares and asks all the right questions to make sure you have the coverage you need, while making sure you are getting all the discounts you deserve. Her and her staff are amazing!
