If I could give a lower rating I would Diane was passive aggressive the whole time I was in her office, impatient, and very unwelcoming. After her request for a routing number in my phone I went to look for it, her remark while rolling her eyes was “shouldn’t be that hard to find”. Again impatiently.

We brought our taxes to this business for two consecutive years (namely for the convenience and price). The second year, after receiving our completed folder, we had the private information (including addresses and social security numbers) of two other families included with our return. After calling, they were not concerned and told me to "shred it." There was no apology and they didn't ask any further questions. Whomever I spoke with simply said that that "sometimes happens." My wife and I did tear up the forms of the other people as best as we could to properly dispose of them. I considered contacting the other clients to let them know that their information had been included with mine but ultimately decided against it. Needless to say, I wondered if our personal information wound up in the folders of other clients. They also didn't charge us the correct amount because, apparently, they'd confused our filing with one of the other people in our folder (we paid the same as another bill). Protecting private information should be priority number 1 for a tax service. They even have a form on top of your information about their privacy policy and how they, by law, cannot disclose your information to others (including other clients). To be fair, mistakes can happen, but their total lack of concern and inability or unwillingness to issue an apology is what rubbed me the wrong way. Obviously, we'll be taking our business elsewhere. I would even pay double in the hope that my information will be kept secure and private.

I have been doing my taxes with Diane for 3 years. Never had any issues. Very fast easy and friendly! Thank you Diane for such a great work!

Friendly staff and knowledgeable accountants/ tax preparers. Willing to answer questions. They have multiple options for clients in regard to getting your tax appointment accomplished.

Not very friendly. Found someone else's tax information in with mine. Didn't welcome questions about taxes. After an audit, I was given back hundreds due to their mistakes.

Dianne really knows her stuff! I had gone through idenity theft; someone had sent my taxes through in 5 different states, 2 years in a row. She knows exactly what mail and contacts are authentic and which ones are a scam. she helped me through all of it and knew exactly what to do. i was super impressed at the depth of her knowledge in general with taxes and they always treat me really good in there. ive been going there ever since.
