Absolutely the worse. ATM never worked when I needed it most. The employees are really nice but if I'm speaking to a teller they should be informed enough to give me and answer on any topic regarding my banking. Instead I was always being sent to this other lady or this older bald guy? The Lady was good. But my overall experience with this bank was not good. I'm now with PNC and all things are š

The bank tellers have no knowledge of the banking system and I found them to be quite rude and condescending. I will absolutely never use this branch again.

There ATM machine always giving error or not in service ... Should work on that !!

DO NOT USE ATM. I inserted $1113 in the ATM and it didnt even go into my bank account!!!!!!! Tomorrow I have to go back and try to get my money back. Do yourself a favor and dont use the ATM if you dont want your rent money stolen like me.

Moving on from this bank. Dealt with them from the days of Cheltenham Bank until now. New Santander Bank took over and changed most of the people who knew what they were doing. Then the straw that broke the camel's back was when they painted over the beautiful mural of the town landmarks. Face it Santander you don't care about the town you moved into.
