Santander Bank Branch Everett Ave, Chelsea

We came to this branch a few times, the staff here were rude and didn’t help. We were getting account information, and it took a few seconds. The manager kicked me out because he said there were some customers were waiting. That’s ridiculous and very unprofessional.

The teller asks me for my ID even though I swipe my debit card and put in my code. After telling her I have my code to my debit card and why do you need my id and then she just stop and look at me. I said you don't need my id card because I have my debit card with my code and then she said yes I do to check your balance....WOW I've been coming to this bank for over five years.... So I go over to customer service and tell him the same story and then he ask do I have your debit card with your code and I said yes and then we both go back to the same teller the customer service man ask me to swipe my card. I did. and then he said put in your code. I did. and then the teller check all 3 balance and did transaction and I'm still asking both of them why did she need to see my id NO ONE COULD SAY ANYTHING TO ME.... but I know why I never felt humiliated and embarrassed like that in my life On Monday morning I call that same branch to speak to the manager Antonin and he made up so many excuses on why I need an id and got all out of his professionalism and started acting immature over the phone so I hung up.... Full service bank with 1 drive up ATM and 1 walk up ATM

was Santander bank in shelsea because someone took money from my bank, make the complaint and block my account. When I try to enter, the manager yells at me, that I can not enter because he has many people in the bank and I had children with me from auside I can't see how manypeople he have... when he enters, he toll me that I don't have to answer him. the bank manager was yelling and angry all his client employee..an employee told him he was angry ... that manager never apologized to me ... he told me that I had to leave his bank .. first time someone treats me So. that bank did not return and I am going to close my account of that bank.

The girls are mean all of them except for the only Guy in there he is a life saver he helped me out Whith out me asking
