At the time of this brief review it is 9:15am and both lobby doors are locked. Business hours posted are 9am. No visible signs of alternate hours. ⚠️ Call ahead if a teller is needed for your service. Tardiness is a great way to deter a customer who was on time.

I've had a few horrible experiences at this branch over the last couple months. Most recently, I came in for a loan at around 5:15 on a friday. I know it was late and I apologize for that, but it was the only time I could get there. This banker was so nasty and disrespectful that I just walked and I'll never come here again. I went to the branch on broad street and the service was 100,000x better than this garbage. If you use santander and you need a branch to go too, drive the extra mile and go somewhere else where you feel more appreciated.

I'm not going to need 2 months to test this Bank, Worst Business account expirience. to deposit after my business hours, customers parking is packed of Neighbors cars, You need to walk distance and a half with cash inviting criminals to rob You, Banker supposedly are not Authorized to remove some fees in Your account but manager is always attending a meeting for something that in Bank of America a Banker removed me 20 of them. I came here looking for a better experience and just the try is Mega Painfully. Came here because BofA do not accept my instant deposit from Square, not because BofA is a bad Bank. My last day is marked 12/20/2016. God even the Mobile App is prehistoric. Basically for Business You, We need a Bank that Help You and give You tools to succeed, not a Leach waiting for You to make pennies to take Quarters..... Simple !

Bad service. They sent you to make an appointment to a different branch because they are too lazy to look their calendar. They do not care about customers They are busy having personal conversations.

The staff is always very professional and they always greet me with a smile. I've been to other banks that lack complete personality, but at this branch everyone is always very nice to me.

Upon a recent visit to this Belleville branch the tellers were short, the (only) ATM was out of service, and manager on duty was unwilling to assist me with a simple deposit even though he wasn’t working with another customer at the time. Instead he told me the line of four people for the two working tellers was not that long a wait. I think this is a bank that time has forgotten... to only have one ATM available and for it to be out of service seems ridiculous in 2019. This is not my first time frustrated with this bank and I am considering taking my business elsewhere.

Walked in just now at 3pm to open an account. After sitting down for a bit no one acknowledged us. No one at the customer service desks, so I have to wait in line advise the teller, that we are waiting. Manager is standing right behind her, glances at her wristwatch and proceeds to tell me that it will be awhile, maybe I should make an appointment for another day...(Roxann Torres). Clearly getting ready to go home is more important than Customer service. I took all my money out of this branch years ago, and I’m trying to convince my mom to do the same. Ms. Torres is in no rush to get to customers, and some guy is behind a window , on his cell and listening to music, ( w/o any concern to see clients waiting). The people who work here act like they are the ones doing YOU a favor. Conduct your business elsewhere where it’s valued and appreciated!

Banker was not helpful, did not know what she was doing and provided zero resolution to concerns. Ended up leaving the bank because I did not want to opening an account with the banker.

Roxanne most helpful employee/complicated phone transaction. Went out of her way to research my problem. First class, caring, patient service--she deserves **100**.

The teller Jesus is a very handsome teller who is always helpful and caring.
