Not enough customer service, lines get messy outside for people needing to go inside the bank and end up mixing with ATM lines.

Absolutely the worse branch ever. Always a long wait for no reason. There is no urgency to help customers in a timely manner. I've been driving am extra 10 minutes out of my way to use the chelsea branch just because of how mismanaged this bank is.

Very poor customer service. You don't even feel you're in a Santander Bank. Bankers not friendly at all!
