Santander Bank Branch High St, Westwood

I went in to open an account 30 minutes before the branch closed and they told me they couldn’t help because they were going to close in 30 minutes. It doesn’t take that long to open a savings account. Worst customer service I’ve had at a bank.

Have been banking with them for a number of years with both business and personal accounts. Everyone is courteous and welcoming everytime I go in. Very helpful in the process of PPP loans and foregiveness.

Was treated like an animal or less. Will not return

I opened a savings account today ..4/20, and was assisted by Tamara Wickramasinghe. She was very efficient, helpful, and courteous. It was very easy and she ensured I understood everything. Excellent service.

The bank tellers at this location are rude. They close before posted closing time.

I called the branch after the main bank number sent me through endless auto-prompts without answering my questions about use of debit card internationally. Jeff/the branch answered my questions quickly and suggested I give foreign travel notice so my travel transactions would not be problematic. Great service!
