Santander Bank Branch E Venango St, Philadelphia

Unprofessional personnel. We came over to ask if they can help us with problem where money withdrawing from theirs ATM was taken back into ATM and withdraw charge remain on account balance ... first they did not know what to do since it was European account so we got phone number to call ... we called Santander customer service, nice lady we talked to explained that we need to file claim and than ask if she can talk to representative from this branch ... we went back and handed phone to guy who we talked originally, they talked for sort time and than this Santander teller just handed me my cell phone with words “we are closing” while I was still on phone with Santander customer service ... it was exactly 1 min after closing time ... it was very mean way to kick us out from this bank !!! I bank with Wells Fargo, TD Bank and American Heritage Credit Union ... always nice people valuing theirs customers and would never treat people like this ... I wish that Santander will train theirs people to be more helpful and respectful to theirs customers

Worst customer service in the world! Worst online banking ever! They withdrew the money for my rent from my account, then bounced the check when my landlord tried to cash it. Landlord is asking for both my rent and NSF fees, I'm over a week late to my landlord and don't have the money since they withdrew it 2 days before it was due. Dominic in customer service IS THE WORST, he was supposedly the manager and hung up on me when I asked what happened and why.

The personnel in this branch are the best. Always friendly, knowledgeable, caring and polite. Tim Dugan, the manager, always goes the extra step to give his customers the most accommodating service. I have been using this branch for YEARS and it has always been this way. I loath when I have to go to another bank. There is NO service at ANY BANK that compares to the quality service at this Santander branch and it has me spoiled. The employees LaToya, Joanne and Patrick are just as friendly and service conscience as Tim the manager. Always a pleasant experience viditing this branch.

The ATM at this branch issued the required amount. Before the customer took the money from the slot, the ATM pulled it back. Since then, the customer has not known his money for a month. The claim at the branch was fruitless, and the call to customer service was also fruitless. This branch robbed the customer of eight hundred dollars! A criminal case for theft is being prepared! Everyone should watch out for the Santander thief in Port Richmond, their customer's ATM can rob them and see their money no more! Shocking experience! PS: They returned the money after more than a month. Santander never more.
