Santander Bank Branch S Main St, Lodi

My recent visit was very unprofessional and rude while was there opening a new account for my business. they probably need retraining on how and where world is right now. I knew the moment I walked in (from her attitude) this wont be a successful outcome but its ok, I took my business somewhere else and prolly best thing happened to me.

I went here today with my mom because she had a few things she needed help with on her account. The people here are fabulous and sweet. One of the women who works behind the desk did everything she could to help us out even though we were there to close the account. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and resolve our issues.

Not the easiest bank to do business with. I just encountered two frustrating incidents. First, the phone number on the business card that was given tome by the Specialist, Universal Banker was OUT OF SERVICE. Second, after I looked up the number on Google and spoke with the woman who answered, I asked her a question about my Direct Deposit form which was given to me by their bank, she was unaware and not familiar with the section I had a question about. Lastly, when she put me on hold, I was disconnected and immediately hung up on. I called bank and spoke to Nina the Branch Mgr who initially told me that she would have to call me back because she was busy with a customer. After my previous experience of getting hung up on 3 min prior, I got impatient and upset. After this finally answered my simple question.

Great service. New ATM outside the bank that takes care of deposits and withdrawals. Parking lot is a bit tight. There is a drive thru. Wish there were more bank locations close by.

I am relocating to Oslo, Norway from New York and since I was told that Santander is an international bank I called them up and asked if I would be able to deposit checks and make withdrawals in the location in Oslo, despite opening my account in Lodi, New Jersey, USA. They told me yes I would so I took the 40 minute drive down to New Jersey to meet with a representative to open my account. Unfortunately when I got there they told me that I wouldn’t be able to access my account in another region despite what I had been told over the phone. Took the 2 hour trip for nothing. Very disappointed in the service it costed me so much money for the long drives because of the gas prices now and I didn’t even end up with the results I was promised. Wouldn’t recommend.

people do not go to this bank , you will waist your time and get aggravation. bad bank , very BAD

I have to frequent this bank to make change for work. I have nothing but problems here. The rotating staff that never knows what they're doing. Long lines. Once I waited for 20 minutes with only 2 customers ahead of me. They even refused a damaged $100 bill, saying they don't accept them. Banks are SUPPOSED to trade out damaged bills. They are incompetent. Lawrence was the only good employee and he doesn't work there anymore.

I have been treated as if I’m a delinquent. Will be speaking to someone about this very soon. It happens every time I go.
