Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ken helped answer a TON of questions I had about finances in general, in a way I could understand. I travel a little further to go to this branch because they make me feel so welcome.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The manager Ken was the worse person in the world, did not help and acted like he didn't even want to try to help me. It also looked like he treated his staff horribly. I love Santander but I will NEVER go to this one again, now I know why there are never any lines there.

The bank manager should be fired. He was not helpful, extremely rude and very arrogant. Worst experience I've ever had in a bank in my life.
