Santander Bank Branch Post Rd, Warwick

Had a terrific experience with Andria Powers today who helped me set up a new account. She was professional, clear, and personable. She even gave some recommendations of stuff to check out in the area since we just moved to town!

The bank teller Lisa was pleasant, helpful and patient with helping me with my transaction. The staff at Santander are always accomidatimg and the bank it self is always clean and tidy to boot. An overall great experience. 🙂

No welcome at all, was not familiar that they did not use banking slips and was rudely told otherwise. The lady that was my teller gave a questionable look at the money I gave her and overall was not a great first impression.

This is a teaching bank branch so they don't have a clue. Use there atm other than that don't go. Go to another branch for any thing that requires thinking.

They have the absolutely most unpleasant Karen working the drive-through. She single handedly ensured I will never do business with Santander again.

Whenever I have gone in, all the staff have been pleasant and helpful. The same when I have made a call to the branch.
