Horrible customer service you get different information from one person to the next. Being in customer service 19+ years they all would have fired starting from top down at that branch.

People in this bank are great and will help, but Santander bank will just take your money if you have a hardship and miss some payments. I was a couple of months behind, was trying to talk to them about getting back on track, and without my approval just took $7,000 out of my account without any notification, and put me in a very bad position with 3 children at home.
