They will screw up your payments then repo a car without contacting you over $60. Just take a look at some of the other reviews and you'll know not to do business here.

This bank has the worst customer service I've ever seen! They don't answer the phone, they are super rude, especially the manager Monica. If you have a problem they will try everything they can to not help you. It has happened to me multiple time and have problems with my them updating my balance. Very inconvenient do not trust this bank! Overdraft law requires your bank to allow you to opt out at any time and this bank breaks that law and tell you that you can't opt out. They will charge overdraft fees even when you don't over draft. Be careful over their predatory practices and deception.

Recently debit cards were compromised. I went through the embarrasement at the store when I couldn't pay! I was never notified they insist I did by mail. I don't get bank stements by mail. No email was sent eighther and employees at this bank were rude, sarcastic and very unprofessional when I questioned the inccident!!

I have done business with almost a dozen banks in my life so far and this one is the absolute worst to deal with! They seem to constantly have issues doing any business electronically and cant correctly handle simple forms via email. They make doing business way harder then it needs to be and are way behind the curve when it comes to mobile sites and doing business online. Mobile app sucks!

Being a military member, I've come to understand that certain banks help you while other cannot. In this instance, I went in for a simple transaction one morning on a rush. The initial teller was attempting to help me with my needs, she was helpful and useful. In the course of her helping, either the head teller or a manager came up and begin laughing at me saying there was no way they could assist me, and degraded me by explaining in childlike terms how the transaction should work. This served as a reminder of why I stick to USAA versus trying to use a local bank.

I love my sffcu! Not the same as a bank. The thing that'd different is they really care. I've been with them 10 years and counting.

Love this credit union. It was the only place that gave us a decent car loan with an Itin number.

Worst company. I would not recommend them. They are rude.
