I had the pleasure of working with Sandra Keys and her team! They did an awesome job with helping my family and me. We were with a different loan company. Started in June and by September the loan processor went on vacation and was let go????!!! I was never able to get a hold of any there it would take days/ weeks before anyone would reply to my phone calls and or email. With LoanDepot I did not have any issues. Started with them on Oct. 1st and today I am closing on the house. Sandra and her team are very attentive to you and will tell you what you need to do. NO BS! I would do business with them again!
