My experience here at this place was poor at best. The manager Kathy had an extremely unprofessional attitude. I have always exchanged my $10 for a roll of quarters without a fee. Now apparently they charge ¢50 for that service. When I asked her when that change was implemented she copped an attitude. Very lousy customer service I will never go there again. She lost a customer over 50 cents! How pathetic is that?! I have no idea how she made it to the position of manager.

The worst place to ever come ..there only fat chicks who are lazy working her ..they will literally have a line of people and not do anything ..fire these woman seriously ..

Unprofessional and uneducated people. Not only they laugh in your face but lie. I called and complained about my experience and the so called Manager was unprofessional and hung up on me. When i tried to call back they will pick up the phone and hunged it right back keeping it from going into voice mail. I continued to try calling and they will let it just ring and ring and eventually pick it up to just hung it back. I wonder if the owner is aware of how the business is being sabotaged by his unprofessional workers. I will be more than happy to provide names and details if inquired. Your employees might be robbing you!!!

The place needs some major fixing. Usually not that crowded. The attention its ok, nothings expectacular. I usually go there just for straight money orders. Wich can range from $1 or 2. Never had a problem with CS. Two stars just for the looks of the place altought its big and easy to find.
