Sam and his team were so great with our investment property 2-flat in Pilsen that we decided to work with them again for a single family home purchase in Rogers Park. This market was nuts so we needed things done FAST to appeal to the seller. They were able to get things done as fast as 21 days if needed, despite having to go through a monstrous amount of paperwork. Sam and his team are easy to talk to and communicate efficiently and responsively. We will absolutely use them again when the time comes down the road to pick up more properties. We love that they shop for the best rates and acutally deliver. We were able to lock in 3.75% interest right before things skyrocketed all the way up to 5% and above! They also have an in house insurance team. There's no obligation to use them, but it's helpful to have access to a free quote that's shopped around for you. While the insurance team didn't end up offering the best rate for our investment property, they definitely did for our house, so it's worth a shot. But back to Sam and Guaranteed Rate, this is hands down the mortgage broker you want to use if you want the best deal, the fastest closing time, and the most professional team on your side.
