Great friendly staff who try their hardest to get things done. They may be understaffed at times but the staff there works as hard as they can!

Friendly enough staff, and very clean location, however, they are obviously understaffed. My fiance and I went here yesterday to fill out a form, and after 20 minutes (when we were told we would be seen immediately) was told we couldn't sign it at that time. 20 minutes after leaving, we were called and advised that they screwed up, and we could sign them. So we returned today, and were told to have a seat. We sat there for 35 minutes before being called back up front to a teller, and signed the document. Between yesterday and today we wasted an hour for something that took 5 seconds to do. Tighten up guys!

Horrible customer service and do not care about member loyalty. Have banked with them for over 20 years but am leaving today. They treat members like trash and are not military friendly.
