Safe Federal Credit Union 2nd Loop Rd, Florence

I don't understand how you have to run this bank down to receive a new debit card for an expiring debit card. You can't tell a customer it will be mailed out on 4 different occasions & then when it's NOT sent out oh Customer you have to find a local branch if you want your new debit card because we didn't send you one like you advised you we would. So, take off from work & wait over an hour in the lobby because theirs only ONE banker!! I need a new bank at this point.

Tried to contact them by the number listed and it kept saying line is busy, so couldn’t even get a hold of them. I’ve banked with them for over 2 years and never had any problems with them til recently and once my bills are pulled out I will be switching to a better bank that cares about the customers and don’t give them ugly looks when asking questions! Wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone truly!

Worst credit union ever. I am literally trying to give them money and they will not take it because I only put "for mobile deposit" on the back of my check instead of "for mobile deposit at Safe FCU" because you know writing Safe FCU on the back of the check means its a legit check. But even if they have a valid reason for denying the check you would think they would tell you instead they don't you just have to wait the full two days they tell you it will take to deposit the check then go back and check yourself when it actually doesn't get deposited. Then call and be placed on hold for five minutes to find out why it didn't get deposited. I use two other credit unions Sharonview and Carolina and neither give me half the trouble that Safe has given me over the past two years.

I thought it would be good switching to this bank, however they chose to extend the check that I deposited and I have bills and things but they don’t care about their clients at all. I was excited now I am appalled that this bank would do that first hand.

They approved me for a truck loan at a local dealership within 15 minutes with no money down. I will be opening up a checking account with them as well to show them how much I appreciate their help!

I've been with SFC for about a year or more, they are very friendly, helpful, professional and very down to earth. They are not like those other banks. They helped me out! Thanks SFC

If i could give less than one star i would. Been trying to gather paperwork so that we can buy a house, but SAFE has done nothing but give us the run around. Asked for statements and we were given mini statements. went back and told them we couldn't use mini statements and we were told to access our statements online. Went to get our statements online and we couldn't access them. Once I finish this home buying process SAFE will lose my business. Take my advice and bank with a company that cares about their customers.

Awesome bank! I've been with them for 3 years now and I've never had any problems. The staff is amazing and you become family when you join this credit union!

Wouldn’t help me open an account & was straight rude to me about it.
