Shelley was my realtor. She put my house up for sale and within a week it was sold. The process was easy and she kept in touch with me throughout it all. Even through all the bumps with the lender and some other things that came up she was professional and on top of it. I can’t thank her enough for making it a quick, easy transaction. I no longer live in the area but contacted Brittany Patrick when it came time to sell my Mom's house. I initially picked Ryen Realty because when I was in the area visiting, seemed they were the realtor with the most For Sale signs. When I called, Brittany answered the phone and agreed to meet to discuss selling the home. I called another realtor who was recommended to me as well. It was easy to see that Brittany had a passion for selling homes in the area and despite concerns my brother and I had about listing the house around the holidays, Brittany assured us the time of year wasn't the most important factor. When the other realtor valued the home about $50,000 less, we chose Brittany. Brittany was always responsive when issues with the contract or closing arose and the house is sold. Highly recommend.
