Alana was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful from day 1. We had a couple issues on our end(such as securing insurance since we moved to a more fire-prone area) but Dustin was able to assist us with this as well, he has resources and connections in the field and was able to put us in touch with other experts who handled this for us. I honestly don’t know if we would have gotten the home without that extra help and experience Dustin was able to provide. I am very happy with Dustin at RMWloans and I would highly recommend him. I had heard of Dustin over 6 months before I started my refinancing. I now know multiple people who worked with him, and everyone is very happy with him. In my experience, he is fast, responsive and willing to work through issues that come up. I should mention RMW Loans has a great web interface, which made the experience simpler. I also had a situation where neither he or I were sure we could get the refinancing done. He worked on finding options, found them, and it worked out great! I will put in a few caveats too. First, fees are a bit higher, and you are paying for the service. Also, the credit pull was done despite me asking to wait. But it all worked out in the end, and those are tiny issues now. Dustin, I wish you prosperity and the best.

This was my first time buying a home, so I was very intimidated by the whole process. He went above and beyond for us during our home refinance, even showing up after work with some paint and his paint sprayer to help us remedy some fixes that needed to be done on our home for the refi.
