I had new tires placed and an oil change, everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I’m very happy they have their shuttle back in service. They go above and Beyond to help their clients. They did do a Courtesy clean in my vehicle which could have been a lit more detailed as far as wiping up the product they used to make it shine and it could have been done a little better but hey it was a lot better than what it was. I recommend Russ Darrow kia Wauwatosa! I haven’t had great experiences with sales department but love their service department!

Service advisor was Randy. I scheduled my service online; however, I selected the wrong date. Randy was accommodating and got my vehicle in anyway despite how busy they were. My time is important and Randy and his yeam had me in and out, with a car wash and shined tires. The service staff was very professional, exceptional experience and overall Randy and his team exceeded my expectations and that's tough to do coming from the car business myself. Hats off to this team. They are on another level. 💪🏿👏🏿

I have purchased a Chevy Cruze from Russ Darrow KIA 3 weeks back and for some unknown reasons, my coolant tank was empty in just 3 weeks. After a detailed investigation of 2 days, I was told that the technician is waiting for some part estimation from Chevy or GM, not sure though for what parts and later, I was told that there is no issue with the CAR and Coolant was not visibly leaking now. They also mentioned that there was no pressure drop, checked the radiator and coolant caps, have checked spark plug, making sure the Coolant is not entering the engine and again they have done multi point checks! Hope this time it is a complete and proper check. For now, I am satisfied with their response but hopefully I will not end up with the same issue in next few days. I appreciate the time spent on investigation and yes I was not asked to pay a single dollar on these checks as it was just bought 3 weeks back. Updates and Follow Up: Still losing the Coolant. Not sure what checks were done during Vehicle Purchase and 2 days back. Still there is no Visible leak, but the coolant is gone. I am not even getting the appointment till 23rd of May. Have asked to call in the morning to get an appointment.Very much disappointed with the way they have checked upon.

Today I went in for routine service from the time I pulled into the service department to the time I got in my car the customer service was excellent and on point. Prior to coming in , I didn't have to wait too long to get an apointment for service and while there the wait time in the lobby was short. Randy and service team took care of my car needs and followed up with recommendations for future service appointment to keep my car in tip, top shape.

I made an appointment for a oil change and emissions test. I was quoted $56 for the oil change. Although it was quite high. I was ok with it. At the time of check out, the amount owed was $88.55!! When I asked why, I was told they rotated my tires! A service I did not request or require. I ended up paying over $30 more when I wanted and needed a simple oil change. I’m extremely disappointed with being over charged. And with the explanation provided as to why they rotated my tires. The explanation given was “ we always rotate the tires when doing oil changes. That’s simple not true. If not for running late to an appointment I would have fought this bogus charge. Signed a dissatisfied customer

Took my car in in the morning for a recall repair and oil change. They assured me it would be done by 4pm, but it was not done until noon the next day. Luckily I didn't have to work that day. They tried to upsell me on a brake replacement my usual mechanic assures me I don't need. When I went to pick up, there was no one at any of the 5 service desks. The phone was ringing off the hook, but no one seemed concerned about it. I waited 20 minutes for anyone to even look at me, I just needed to get the key and get out of there.

I went for a routine oil change and was very happy with all the service. They took my car right a way and even told me of future things I'd want to have done. The waiting area also provides ample space to do work while waiting and offered options in terms of drinks and snacks.

I had an excellent experience with Sarena today. My service was quick and correct and she kept me updated throughout my appointment. The whole staff made me feel welcome. I’ll definitely have my car serviced here in the future!

Service writer tried to up sell every possible service. Took over an hour for the oil change itself. The waiting area had no cups for the coffee machine. I asked if they had any cups and I was told that they had not had any cups for over a day. I ended up walking next door to the grocery store and restocked their cups myself. An employee from the dealership couldn’t have done the same thing in the last 24 hours? Not great customer service in my opinion.

Work was done timely however the price I was quoted on the phone was less than what I was billed by $15. I was told it was because of taxes and other stuff Russ Darrow charges. I was then told that I needed brakes. It wasn’t urgent but should have it done in the next couple of oil changes. I asked how much that would cost and apparently it was a difficult question because they couldn’t give me a straight answer. I wasn’t looking for exact I was looking for a ballpark figure. Lastly I had no idea that you now have a surcharge for credit cards of 3+ %. I don’t care that you do but I would remind customers of that change. The service department certainly has changed in the last couple years.

Friendly service staff. I liked that they kept me updated on the progress of my visit. I was in and out in no time! I would recommend this business for your service needs as well as the purchase of a vehicle.

Really not happy, not sure they performed all the services they said they were doing. brought the car in for a vehicle inspection before I took it on a two-week trip. Purchased a oil change tire balancing package. Oil was changed but I doubt if they balanced my tires in looking at my rims it looks like the old wheel weights are still in the rims nothing's been removed cleaned no new weights on the wheels so I really have my doubts that they performed a wheel balancing service. Also not sure how thorough their inspection really is. I probably will not be back to this dealership again. Update: attempted to email the service manger using the email address that was provided on the tag that was left in the car. The email bounced as undeliverable.

Dropped my 2017 Kia Rio off for diagnosis & got my car back as soon as it was ready! The Service staff are very polite and knowledgeable!! I'll always take my car to the dealerships before going to any little garage business! Very professional!! I will go back!
