    I purchased a CPO 2019 BMW 750i from Rusnak BMW Dealership on 07 DEC 2021. The experience there was great. Sales Associate Howard Mack was very helpful in the buying experience. There was no pressure and he was very knowledgeable throughout the viewing and test drive of the vehicle. The lounge area was also nice and comfortable with a lot of amenities. Rusnak BMW is a great dealership to go to. They have a variety of stock and helpful associates.

    Excellent customer service! Vitaly is great and he made the process very simple and easy. I ordered my car with him. While I was waiting, he kept me posted with status without being “pushy”. Once my car arrived to the dealership everything was smooth, it took me nothing to get everything done even with the finance department. I will definitely recommend Vitaly and Rusnak BMW!

    Watch out… Have been their customer for over two decades and they are living up to the reputation of being typical “car salesman”. You order the i4 online—they make you come to the dealership and one story leads to another. Can’t trust them. Too slick to trust!

    I Have been taking my beamer here for years!… their service crew is hands down the best. They have always taken great care of any car I bring to them. Josh Gates, a service manager over there has always gone the extra mile to make sure I fully understood what was going on with my vehicle, options I have & was always willing (when available) to provide me with a loaner vehicle.     Pretty good service in the past... until my 2021 330I preset rado Stations stop working 6 months ago. In the last 2 services (6 months) I've been told " It's a known problem... Remedy not available" So... 6 months I didn't change stations, while driving 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️. Om my last service @ Valencia BMW I just mentioned the issue and when I got my car back it was taken care of ! Coincidence ??? I think Not !!! And... if remedy was "All of a sudden" available why wasn't I contacted by Rusnak BMW to notify me ?????? I'm Truly Disappointed 🤔

    Edit: 2/7. After making a big deal at the dealership about the difficulties I encountered from another BMW dealership plating a previous auto, I have encountered the same issues with this dealership. No plates have been issues, the DMV states they have nothing from the dealership. The dealership says title wasn’t sent and leaves me wondering if and when it will occur. I am guessing the dealerships have some sort of financial incentive for dragging this process out. I’m sure the state will be double dipping in charging me for my old plate as well as the new one for the overlapped time. I also noticed paint damage likely caused by the dealership with their final cleanup of the car. By the time I left. The dealership it was dark out. In the sun you can see the swirls caused by the buffer. Darren was a great consultative salesperson. He helped me understand the vehicle and assisted throughout the sales process. He was top notch. As with most dealerships, the frustration came with the handoff to the finance person. This is where the upsell occurs and where they really twist your arm. My experience would have been perfect had this not occurred but the finance person was insistent on selling me something extra. In order for me to get a lower finance rate, I had to agree to the maintenance plan as a minimum. I reluctantly did so when I really should have held my ground. As a person with a perfect credit score, I felt I should qualify for the best rate regardless of whether I accept an add on. I believe she was also fibbing about the cost of a brake job and other maintenance or repair costs to try and talk me into it. I accepted and so shame on me but I guess I can be at ease should anything go wrong with my vehicle….even though it cost me a small fortune upfront. I hate that dealerships practice the upsell and it really ruins the buying experience. The previous finance rate I received through BMW finance was great and I went in thinking I could get the same or similar rate. Lesson learned, that I should have came better prepared. This would have saved me with both the finance rate I received (I felt still high for my credit rating) as well as being strong armed into an upsell. Overall, it is a nice dealership that makes you feel appreciated and they do a good job throughout the sales process. I would highly recommend.

    Recently I leased a new car at Rusnak BMW, which was my first lease at this dealership. The service here was phenomenal, and has tons of options when it comes to choosing a new car. The building looks recently modernized, and has a very upscale and professional feel. Robert Rosas was my sales person, and was so impressed how he went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service and make sure I was happy in all aspects of the car and deal. He made sure I explored all the cars and options BMW had to offer, and educated me on so many new features that I didn't even know BMW had! After looking at all thr options I decided on getting an i3! Between my Spouse and I, we have leased 5 cars over the past few years, and this was the best experience I've had in the leasing process ever. I'm confident that you will have a great experience at Rusnak with any of the reps, but I was thoroughly amazed with the amount of care and attention to detail that Robert put into my new lease. He made sure I got everything I wanted and was hoping to have in my new car. Overall, I left feeling great about my decision.     In October of 2018 my lease was coming to an end. We came to visit Rusnak BMW and was introduced to Roger Carroll. We have since leased three vehicles from him with plans to refer much more business. He is a man of integrity and will not waste anybodies time during the process of buying/leasing a new car. Our family has consistently always bought/leased from Bob Smith BMW and we have moved all our future plans over to Roger at Rusnak. We really appreciate his time and dedication to the art of great customer service and sales. One thing that’s important to me as a repeat customer is having a repeat sales team that knows what we like and not dealing with a new sales person every 2-3 years.     I had my pain meds stolen by this business form my car. I had my BMW in for oil change and I immediately noticed my pain meds for my back were gone, when I picked up my car. I let their service manger know same instant. As of now (one week), nothing was done. No one even contacted me trying to resolve this problem. I noticed many other reviews about stolen items by Rusnak's service department. Be careful, leave nothing of value in your car or it will be stolen.

    Just picked up a BMW X3 2022 and the process and assistance received along the way from Martik was fantastic.     Great disappointment. Stay away from this place as far as possible. To begin with one of my communication units were disconnected die to some recall in exchange for $400 BMW dollars which I could spent at the dealership store. I never received a single penny. When recently I contacted Rusnak they first pretended that they have no idea about this service, and after I asked what exactly was disconnected they refused to answer. My car was in service at Rusnak several times and here is another very strange thing. One week ego I was rear-ended very hard and none of the airbags popped up. After scanning was done by a certified mechanic he said that something was done to the car while servicing it. So, once more, people stay away from that place as far as possible

    The buying experience was ok. Bob our salesman was nice. It took far too long. 5 hours. I did have issues unlocking my credit but the buying process was snails pace. The other thing was I had an issue getting finance to honor the advertised financing which should not happen. Love the car. It’s just the process needs improving.

    Art is a true professional and will provide you with excellent customer service. He will provide you with all of the information you need to make decisions, and will be transparent throughout the entire process. I would recommend Art and trust his guidance. If you are making a service appointment, ask for Art. You will not regret it. The service advisor was great, but my car was returned with grease stains on the white leather seat and door handles for a second time. This happened once before, so I was a bit disappointed. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service.

    Probably one of the better service departments, but no excuse for advisors lying to customers. Everyone knows that stealerships are exponentially more expensive than anywhere else. Instead of being on the level about this, my advisor blatantly said nobody would be able to fix my car without the big bucks. He recommended I buy a 2022 bmw and accept that this one is beyond saving. Left such a sour taste in my mouth understanding how little I can trust them, and realizing how little they are looking out for their clients. Saved tens of thousands of dollars on identical parts and in my opinion higher quality work and attention to detail elsewhere. P.S. If you're a dealership, you should always make sure cars smell as good when they are picked up, as when they are dropped off. Maybe someone needs more deodorant.

    Today was our first time visiting Rusnak BMW Thousand Oaks. I usually go to another BMW dealership, but we were in Thousand Oaks and decided to check out their inventory. My lease ends in October, and I am already dreaming about my next BMW, but it was my husband who found the truck of his dreams.     When brought the leased car in for regular maintenance, found out the warranty expired due to it’s a dealer’s loaner car at the time of leasing it and I had to pay for the charges even the 3 year lease wasn’t up yet and the mileage was way below 30000 miles. Chris Darby, the general sales manager went his way to resolved the issue and got the maintenance taken cared of. Very nice guy and it shows this is a worthy dealership to be considered.

    Patrick was a good salesman regarding explanations and patience with this purchase. Lauren closed my purchase with her extensive product knowledge. I wish I would have drove out and used her with my prior BMW. Great teaching! All in all it took more time than I wanted, but I understand with the reduced staff. Albeit, I was a happy camper with a beautiful new addition to the family.

    They stole our airpods and didn't even acknowledge my wife when she reached out, but pointed us to small print in their service order that they weren't responsible for lost/stolen items. Right thing to do would have been to investigate (who worked on car, cameras, etc.) and get back to us at least with some courtesy coupon or something. So, a bad review and us not going back is what they get.

    We sent a few emails out to find my ideal BMW i3, Roger Carroll wrote back promptly - his response was simple, had all of the necessary details and offered his very best price. He beat all of the other dealerships in the area and was a straight forward salesman. I appreciate someone who doesn't waste time, and is thorough and professional in his responses.     Went in as a first time buyer and had the pleasure of working with George and Hamid on a used purchase.     We purchased a CPO BMW X3 from the Rusnak team. Shortly after driving it off the lot, the sunroof shade was causing a rattling noise whenever the sunroof shade was retracted. The repair was completed but unfortunately it was not a long term fix. I called to reschedule and Mike Powell cheerfully invited me to bring the X3 in for a recheck. Mike made arrangements for a brand new loaner and the Service team diagnosed and completed the repair that same day. It so nice driving around without the rattle anymore. Thanks Mike.

    I’ve owned Range Rovers & Maserati’s before. Main reason I let them go is because of dealership treatment at service and sales. My first BMW I’ve owned and Zach S. from service was by far one of the nicest service advisors I’ve worked with to date. Didn’t try to push me into anything I didn’t need.     Took it in for a recall issue, immediate same day appointment, courteous, efficient service and nice staff. Good thorough free inspection check for any repairs needed. Got a free ride home and back to get the car. Only thing to make it perfect was to have the very dirty car washed there. They have the capability to do so. I will ask next time.

    I still consider my overall experience at Rusnak BMW very positive, but there are some aspects of the whole experience that are not completely positive. I was particularly pleased with their sales department. I was a bit concerned, but they were surprisingly pleasant to work with. However their service department has been a different story. My last visit for an oil change required nearly 5-6 hours. I was surprised and I get that they can get busy. Still 5-6 hours for a simple oil change seems unacceptable. My regular service adviser has been very good to me so far, but, when I got there the last time, he was busy with a couple of customers and so another adviser did my paperwork. I was standing for nearly 10 minutes and he not even invited me to have a chair and then fumbled whatever he was doing on the computer and asked me if I was the original owner of the car as he was getting that I was not. He got the wrong vehicle, instead! Now, before you ask someone questions like that, check twice! I will not name you, but it is a sound advice, trust me! And you would not die if you ask a customer to sit down while you are doing his or her paperwork. I still give Rusnak BMW the 5-star, but this employee (despite his sort of excellence silver award showing in his cubicle) did not impress me much, frankly. Not in a favorable manner at least. I hope it was just because I was not one of his regular "advisees".

    It was a bit of a drive for me coming in from North OC but totally worth it considering that they had the car that met most of my requirements. The dealership is very spacious and nicely laid out with plenty of cars in the showroom. My salesman, Vitaly was OUTSTANDING in knowledge of the product and level of service. I was impressed with the fact that no extra $5-10k over MSRP was tacked on as was the case with another non BMW dealership.     We found a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle on Rusnak's website and contacted the dealership to discuss our interest. Because we live 120 miles away, it was important that the details be worked out prior to making the drive to purchase and pick up the vehicle. The staff couldn't have been more professional and helpful -- and they did everything they could to make the process painless.     Due to the inaccurate diagnosis by the repair center, I was about to pay for unnecessary repairs. I have used this repair center many times in the past and have been satisfied with the service, even though it is a little expensive. I paid for the peace of mind of knowing that the repair was done by an authorized BMW dealer. But this time, their mistake was fatal, and it was enough to destroy my trust in them. I asked them to investigate and repair the noise and shaking of the car. Their initial diagnosis was that the noise was caused by a faulty air valve and the shaking was caused by the tires. The diagnosis was that it would cost $3,000 to repair both of them. However, I didn't trust this diagnosis and asked them to examine the car again, because the noise and vibration must be related. The re-inspection revealed that the engine mount failure was the real cause. It is very frightening to think what might have happened if I had trusted the initial diagnosis. I would have paid $3,000, which I didn't need, but would have found out immediately that the engine mounts had failed and would have had to pay for more repairs. There is one more strange thing. My car was towed to the service center at night by AAA. At that time, there was no major problem with the tires. I admit that the tires were a little old and nearing the time of replacement. However, I was informed by the repair center that the tire was flat and should be replaced. I couldn't believe it, so I checked it with my own eyes, and it was obvious to anyone who saw it that I had a flat tire. The puncture was so bad that even when I filled it with air, it leaked out with a loud noise. If it was a flat tire when I left the car, there was no way I and AAA would not have noticed it. I can't help but wonder when this puncture occurred. Of course, I couldn't bring myself to fix it at this service center, so I drove to the local Tireman with the flat tire, which I think was the right thing to do. I think using an authorized service center is a good choice if it gives you peace of mind, even if it costs a little more. However, now that I have lost my trust, there is no point in paying the high price at all.

    I want to share my experience in choosing a car in RUSNAK BMW. I leased my previous BMW x5 in Rusnak almost 3 years ago, and now it's time to return the car and choose a new one. Vitaliy who worked with me last time showed me all cars that interest me, talked about new options, answered all my 100,500 questions, and also arranged a test drive on cars I liked. While we were doing this, my previous car was inspected and prepared for a return. I could not even imagine how it can be easy and simple. As a result, after a few hours I left on the new BMW X7. I'm really enjoying my new x7 and for this I'm appreciate manager Amir, who made an excellent offer for the new car, and especially I'm appreciate Vitaly, who worked with me on returning my previous car and choosing a new one. After I picked up my car from service, I immediately realized that someone looked through my stuff and few items were stolen, specifically my brand-new AirPods. I did let my service rep know before leaving the dealership and so far, I did not hear back and no resolution was offered.

He has a great sense of humor and you can see how he genuinely cares about his customers.     One of the only competent dealerships when it comes to purchasing an i3. I tried about 10 other dealerships in CA and they were the only ones that not only had the specced version of the car I wanted, but actually called me back and kept in touch and worked with me and my strange financial situation to help me secure a vehicle. Another thing was getting the car after the recall in a timely manner (only 3 days) Jeff Kaltman is great and is very down to earth and talks to you like a friend while still being professional. I would have not been able to get a i3 or would have went with a different car company if not for him as the other service from other BMW dealerships was quite abysmal. Living in San Francisco Jeff even went above and beyond to help me secure the car, ship it to me, handle the recall and ship 2 missing components the car had upon arrival. Will definitely do business again when I hopefully buy an i8.

    I brought in my X3 for its maintenance appointment. I received excellent service. Vick took care of everything. I needed a ride to work and he ordered an Uber for me. I am so glad I got the maintenance package when got my car. It was worth it. Wipers were replaced and batteries replaced in both key fobs. I highly recommend Rusnak BMW.     Very disappointed in the lack of interest and response from the sales team. We have attempted multiple times to get information about a vehicle we have serious interest in but have had zero luck gathering any helpful information. We have a 7 month old baby and even planned his nap to go see the vehicle that we were made to believe was available only to learn (once we were already en route) that it was in service and not available for us. I had high expectations about customer service based on reviews but am seriously disappointed in the response. It is not acceptable to promise returned calls/texts with specific information about a vehicle and not deliver. We have been waiting around for a response and still have heard nothing after 4 days.

    Bad experience . The car salesman mentioned that he doesn’t want to test drive since it can add some milage to the new car . Then when I told to the sakes manger who was communicating in non professional way , ge said this is a hot car and he can sell over weekend and no discount . Also , he wants to run my credit even though I had an approval from my bank . I asked for the purchase agreement to get them funded by my bank and asked them to hold the car . They said “ no”.I drove to Valencia BMW and found a better car with a great discount and they did purchase agreement with no running my credit . Poor customer service in Rusnak BMW.

    I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my new BMW at Rusnak. I was able to test drive the car and the purchase transaction was very smooth. My salesperson, Vitaly did a great job of walking me through all of the systems of the automobile.     By default I am expecting an exceptional service from BMW brand. Was disappointed with Rusnak BMW service. Had two service visits and in both cases nobody met me at reception desk so I had to go and look for my service man. At first visit I was asked to replace brakes, after replacement they started to squeak (apparently, they didn’t test what they did). Made second visit and was told that they need to do extra work on brakes as technician “missed” issue the first time. They charged me extra money for work, even though it was service’s fault. If you are lucky to live close to Century West BMW salon in Studio City, I would always recommend these guys, they know what luxury service is.

    The experience was actually pleasurable. I didn't feel stressed at all during the experience. The staff was particularly helpful and courteous. Buying a car always takes time, but the staff very much seemed to help keep the process moving to make it as short as possible. I appreciate the service and the pleasant experience.     We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Rusnak BMW this weekend. We had found a used BMW X3 listed online that we were interested in seeing. When I got there, I was very lucky to meet George, who has worked for BMW for 20 years. He was extremely patient, informative, knowledgable, and kind.     The service advisors and technicians have always done a terrific job. My issue stems from a service charge for a software update on my car. I received a drive train malfunction warning that almost disabled my car. It lost 90% of the power. Its a 2015 435i. Apparently the diagnostic equipment couldn't identify the problem due to outdated software on my car??? $307 later for the software update and my car was back running again. Zack was my advisor and was very helpful and professional. Again, my issue is the fact that my car malfunctioned due to their software. BMW No. America customer service was less than interested in my issue.

    Rusnak is a good place to buy a car if you are going for an ICE. There is a nice building and professional staff(for a car dealer). They worked hard to get us into the car. BMW has some unfortunately long and burdensome paperwork so we were there for hours filling it out. This isn’t really rusnaks fault. Mark did a great job helping us.

    I absolutely loved my experiance. Not only was the staff completely in compliance with the covid regulations, they were friendly, consinderate of my time, and went out of their way to make sure I had a peaceful experiance. I was in and out in the same day and my car was in immaculate condition when returned. Their prices were not only fair,but actually much cheaper. Thank you again for your wonderful experties and kindness. On a scale of 1 out of 10 for the service advisor, mechanics, cashiers, service check in clerk and the facilities it is a 10+ an over all a+++++. thank you again.

    My experience has always been luxurious and service advisors always on top of their game. This was not the case during my last visit. Service was completed after my car had an overnight stay, very unfortunate considering the issue was not complicated. The loss of the clean shuttle vehicles/BMW employees was a huge disappointment. Uber riders that were to say the least not very professional with vehicles that were filthy and either smelled of stale cigarettes or marijuana. I asked for my hands free to be fixed during my service appointment. I was then told the option doesn’t come with my model. Really? Then I was called and a message left telling me my car had to stay for more investigation. Next day hands free was fixed, wait it was an option? What did it take to fix oh a simple reset. Geez 🙄 really? The experience at BMW has suddenly lost its luxury appeal. My monthly payment is not exactly affordable, I would expect much more. One more year on my Lease. I’ll be giving this Lease some serious thought.

    Hamid was great! No pressure at sales. He then took care of me and follow through with the issue i had with my certified pre-own. Sales, finance, and service department are all great! There is a BMW dealership near my home, but I drove 2 hours to Rusnak because of their reputation and i was not disappointed.

    Great staff at the service department. I appreciate all that they are doing. For some reason, there no longer is a cashier to go to which makes me think BMW is cutting corners. You would never know it from the service I got from Mike but since I have been a BMW driver for decades, I noticed this. Amazing overall. Humans cannot be replaced!

    Reliable service and service as requested is met in a reasonable timely manner. Bob the service adviser is friendly and kept me updated every step of the way through text messages. I bought my second BMW in the dealership due to service quality and the workers being personable. I don't feel treated as just a number in the customer service department. Sales department is great.

    These guys won’t sell you one of their vehicles if you don’t live in California because “there’s an inventory shortage and we want our business to be with locals which helps with repeat customers”. What an absolutely blasphemous reason to lose out on a sale completely made up by this specific dealership. Have not heard that from any other BMW dealership when I’ve told them I’m out of state.

    The service was very good at Rusnak. I live in northern California. I was able to locate the car I wanted from looking at the on-line inventory. I was able to quickly negotiate the price for the car over the phone. I flew in, and they picked me up from the airport and brought me to the dealership. The finance process was quick and very straight forward. I would recommend Rusnak for anyone looking for a BMW. My sales person David was outstanding to work with.

    The mechanical work done was done great. But the person that washes the car does a terrible job! When I went to leave in the car there were dried bird droppings on the car. They said they washed it and they re-washed it. After the second wash you could see rag whip marks all over the hood.

    I came here at my appointment which was 3pm. The service advisor said the maintenance and everything would be done in 3 hours. There was a mechanic came to work on my car until 3:35. I waited until 6pm. The advisor told me the maintenance has finished and they were washing the car at the moment. Then he left home. When I got my car, it showed Vehicle needs to be checked soon on my panel. I was confused and helpless but everyone was gone at 6. The only person left there was another service advisor who told me I can still drive the car. I said I felt unsafe and didn’t want to drive it. Since there was no shuttle at that time, I asked if I could take Uber and get reimbursed the next day from Rusnak BMW. She said no immediately. It made me feel like it was all my fault and I should deal with it on my own. I live kind of far from Rusnak BMW. When I finally got home it was 9pm. This is my first time came to Rusnak BMW service bc I saw a lot of good reviews online. But I was so disappointed with their negligent work and the manager was rude. When I told him about the issue, instead of calming down the customer, he yelled me back!!! When I said I would write bad review about my experience. He said I was threatening him and he didn’t care. This is the first time I encountered this kind of service team! Aren’t BMW suppose to offer an outstanding service since it’s consider as luxury car? What kind of service is this? The person who suppose to help you is even more emotional than the costumer and very ruthless.

    I have continued to receive excellent customer service from Rusnak BMW. Recently needed to have the memory buttons on the radio replaced under warranty. The drop-off process was simple and the communication with the Service Associates was easy. I work with Mike Powell and he is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. They vacuumed my car for me and shined the rims, so when I picked up the car it looked like a million bucks again. Thank you Rusnak!

    Always friendly, courteous, and thorough service. Loaner vehicle provided every time (no questions asked), and fantastic facility; however, not performing tire rotation during oil changes proves to be an inconvenience for vehicles with square setups. Our last experience was superb with new SA "Vic." Hope we get him again!
