The whole experience was a nightmare from day one, until I switched from Better to Ruoff. It still wasn’t exactly smooth, but that was due to a couple homes unable to provide a free and clear title after months of extensions. However, once we found a house we liked, the third attempt was the charm because we were able to close within 30 days of our offer being accepted. Beth Harris was amazing, and a huge help from start to finish.

The loan officers at Ruoff are extremely knowledgeable and work hard to provide the best service to their clients. I would highly recommend their services to people looking to refinance or purchase a home.

Ruoff was absolutely wonderful when it came to our mortgage! Our loan officer Cindy Julian was amazing at keeping us updated, and answering our questions! Their online portal is super easy to navigate and it’s a great tool to see where you are at in the mortgage process!

I highly recommend Ruoff Mortgage, and specifically, Senior Loan Officer, Mark Reyher. Ruoff uses an app called Loan Butler that makes the home buying process quick and easy. Mark is REALLY good at his job! He kept in touch every step of the way, and anytime I had questions or needed help, he returned my call promptly. He let me know what was in the works, and what to expect next. He always took time to listen and explain, and was kind and encouraging while doing so. He even helped with things that weren't actually his job to help with, in order to keep things moving forward smoothly. He's great with troubleshooting. Chelsea Lentes, Mark's assistant, was wonderful to work with, too! She was happy, welcoming, friendly, and upbeat every time I talked to her. Like Mark, Chelsea was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional, and she also took the time to listen and explain when needed. Mark and Chelsea make a great team! I couldn't be happier with my home buying experience.

He communicated with me more than any lender ever has before. He made sure to let me know what they needed and went over it with me after he received it to make sure that it was correct. I just can't say enough about how great they are! The best thing is it only took them 14 days to get us closed!! That is unheard of!! I went to them for a usda home loan and was told that I could not get it because the house needed to be remodeled. I was told that the usda home loan is for move in ready homes. Which is not true. According to the usda I can do what I wanted to do. All they care about is getting your 3% down. So called I have been doing this for 20 years agent. Read it and weep. USDA Section 502 Guaranteed Loan funds may be used for: New or existing residential property to be used as a permanent residence. Structures can be detached, attached, Condos, PUDs, Modular, or Manufactured. (Cannot be an income-producing property). Closing costs and reasonable/customary expenses associated with the purchase may be included in the transaction A site with a new or existing dwelling. No set acreage limits. I loved the Loan Butler. It allowed us to follow the progress of our mortgage process. I absolutely loved my loan officer, Rebecca Vitaniemi. She worked tirelessly to help us get our dream home and she was so sweet. I’d absolutely would use her again and I highly recommend her.

Nick pell was by far the best lender. He answer all my questions, and always replied back quick. I would recommend him to anyone. Love working with him.
