Ron and Ryan is a great team to work with. All my many questions and emails/calls and texts were answered in a timely manner. Ron is very easy to talk to and very honest. Karen Edwards who is the the loan officer assistant was GREAT as well. She thoroughly explained things that I did not understand and always emailed me back quickly. She was very assuring and encouraging. Ruoff has a great team and I cannot thank them enough for making our dream a reality!!!

Excellent company, definitely a five star experience. OK, after reading some of the other reviews, I believe I am doing a dis-service by not, at least, elaborating a bit more. We were in contact with a few different lenders and Colin at Ruoff Mortgage was the one man that was willing to help me do this, while I was in the middle of a bathroom remodel. Colin worked out the details of the loan and then Jarod took over and helped me keep the appraiser at bay for a few more weeks until I finished. A great team, a very smooth-oiled machine. Two thumbs up!

Excellent to work with! Coven Molinar and his team were fast, knowledgeable and professional. Ruoff showed me mortgage products that I did not know I was eligible for. We used one of these to save me a lot of money on my interest rate and to keep my down payment very low. We were able to close on the house in under a month from when I spotted it on the MLS.

I have to say that I was very nervous at the beginning of this process, as this was my first time buying a home. Everything seemed so confusing, but Rodney and his team was very helpful explaining the loan process and was prompt returning all of my calls. Dan and Mindy Farrell made the loan process as simple and easy as possible. Through the Loan Butler app and personal communication, I was clearly and thoroughly informed at each step of the process. I never had to follow up--I always knew exactly what was needed and when, and Dan and Mindy were always keeping everything on track. I was able to e-sign nearly every document during the application and approval process, and my closing took less than 30 minutes because I was able to e-sign most of what I needed a day or two before. Smoothest homebuying process I've ever experienced. Charlie was great to work with and was up front and very quick to respond which is great in the current market. He was available to talk whenever I had questions, even late at night when we were trying to put an offer on a home. If we decide to purchase another home we'll definitely being using Charlie and Ruoff again.
