We met with Nicole before even starting to look for a house and I can honestly say that reviewing our financial situation with her was what made us feel ready to buy. Getting a loan can definitely be a stressful process. Things popup that are totally out of your control and it can be tough to manage all of the documents and paperwork. I'm SO thankful I had Nicole on my side. She was always responsive (early morning, late nights) and worked so hard to make sure I got my loan approved on time.
