During the buying process for our dream home, a paid bill showed up on my credit report that was causing it to come down significantly. I called RFGI and Danica was incredible. She understood what I was trying to accomplish and was clear in her communication with me each time we spoke. Just the fact that she returned my calls promptly was such a breath of fresh air in today’s world! Each time I called, i was able to speak with her and having one person stay with my account was so helpful. Within a couple of days she had the task completed for me, and it has helped so much to prevent a long & expensive delay. Danica and her company went above and beyond, in my opinion, to help me take care of this issue and for that I am so grateful!

I never hoped to have to use a collections company but I finally needed some help on past due accounts. I was unsure of the process and who to trust. I researched a few companies and found RFGI. Nick has been my contact and has helped me through the process of setting up accounts and navigating the portal. So far it's been a fairly easy process and I'd recommend their services.

I spoke with Eddy Wilson today and it was the best call I've gotten in awhile. He was very nice, patient and we had a good conversation. Even though it was debt collection, I dont mind at all. Great person and I'd recommend him everytime.

Aside from collecting money, for a service that was never given to me, this company is totally useless! I paid the money they said I owed but there was no way that they could let me get a hold of eHarmony, to make sure that the account was indeed closed and I would not be charged for any more monthly services for nothing. They could not give me any contact information to make sure that my account was closed, in my opinion that is pretty pathetic business!

This company cold calls you from multiple numbers asking you to verify your birthday and social. They dont tell you why they are calling until you tell them that info. Their callers are extremely rude. When being asked "what kind of company are you" they reply "RFGI". Cool, like what do you do and why are you calling? Again, they wont tell you why they are calling until you give them your DOB and SSN. No thank you. Call someone else.

It’s weird to leave a 5 star review on a debt collection agency. But these people are wonderful. I specifically spoke to Janet and she was really understanding both days I spoke to her. She called me notifying me that my account was resolved! What a great day in America! Very professional and kind people. I won’t miss them because a debt collection is not fun but I’d rather work with these people than any other debt collector. Great work! Just a side note! Be safe of eharmony and their sneaky tricks to get your money.

(Grand Sierra Resort & Casino, Reno, NV) We contracted with Rozlin in early 2021 owing to lackluster performance from our previous agency. It's now been about six months since we first starting submitting accounts to them, and we've seen a dramatic improvement in collections activity and dollars recovered (more than double what we received from our prior agency in 2019-2020). Although it's too soon to judge whether they will prove to be our ideal long-term agency, I am very satisfied with the service, support, and results rendered so far.

I had the opportunity to work with Danica today to make a payment to fulfill our loan. She was exceptionally polite, informative, and concerned that we meet the needs of loan and us. I would recommend anyone that owes to this company make an effort to resolve it you’ll be pleasantly surprised at the ease resolution can be.

I typically don't like talking on the phone due to previous experiences, but I spoke with Ms. Dancia over the phone and she was very polite and helpful. She was able to explain everything so I could understand it and why there was a balance. If there was ever a circumstance that came up I would definitely speak with Ms. Danica again. She treated me with the upmost respect and made my time worth it.

On 2/17/2021 Danica Meadows an amazing representative helped me secure a reasonable affordable pay for deletion with my debt. She was very informing and respectful and very knowledgeable of my situation and helped me make the best decision. I am so thankful to have ran across her she is truly my blessing in human form. DANICA is by far one of the best debt collector I have ever had to deal with. She provided exceptional customer service and were very friendly. She explained everything slowly to make sure that I understood all the options to resolve my debt. I know I inquired the debt and couldn't pay at the time but she made me feel that I can overcome the this debt by paying monthly and on time. Thank You Danica.

I spoke with a woman today, Stephanie, about a bill I owed from years ago. She was very friendly and offered me many different payment options. No one likes to pay a debt collector but Stephanie made it as painless as possible. My bill was small enough to pay in one go but she offered me a payment plan and even allowed me to choose what day the money would be taken out. Thank you Stephanie for making my day a little easier.

The company that sent you to collect a debt from me should have never contacted you in the first place. I moved, I gave them my forwarding address for anything related to my move out. They never sent an actual bill, then I get a collection notice. First one in my life!

I hired rfgi as my collection company a few months ago. They have proven to be a great choice for me! People I never thought I would collect from are now paying their debt! I'm very pleased with the service and the helpfulness getting my accounts set up and collected! Nick has been amazing and walked me thru the whole process! No one likes calling Collection Agencies, no one likes getting calls from them as well BUT Scarlett has made this experience easy, fun at times, and simple. I know this sounds weird but I am leaving a debt collector a 5 star review but, I would love to give my account manager Eddie Wilson a shoutout because he’s stood by me during my tough times and good times and worked with me on getting my balance down and out for years now. He is amazing with people and totally real and is always available to talk and bounce ideas off of. Even though I’ll soon be done with my payments I’ll miss the guy cause he actually cares about his people he takes care of. He is that needle in a hay stack.

We have contacted the Rozlin Financial Group in order to handle the collection of several clients of ours who were with long overdue debts spanning between 1-3 years old. And although our company was not able to collect from all of them, we were still quite satisfied with the overall efficiency, time spent, and transparent cost of their services.

I have been very pleased with Rozlin financial, for the first time in our 35 year history we are receiving regular payments on collection accounts. The communication has been excellent. My only request would be that it would be nice to see all the accounts we have placed with the agency and an update on the status of accounts that are not actively being collected or are dormant.

Scarlet was just wonderful to work with. She had a wonderful upbeat attitude. I am a customer service supervisor for a broadband internet company, so I wish I could have someone like her on my team! Thank you so much for making it easy to work with especially during these rough times.

Mr. E. Wilson has been very helpful in supporting and working with me regarding repayment. I've always paid on time and after my divorce things were a bit tight for me. However, I am grateful for his patience in working with me. I hope more debt collectors are as considerate and kind. Not everyone is out to steal some of us are just going through a ruff patch.
