This place blows. They manage to screw up not one, both both of my subaru vehicles. Came in for a brake job, can't roll off the lot because the tire is flat. Come in with a flat tire, spend $1,000 and leave with a trashed vehicle with my stuff thrown everywhere and covered in salt. They shirk responsibility for their mistakes and take forever to fix. Still sitting here waiting for them to put air in my tire so I can leave this trash bag of a dealership. I bought subarus so I could have reliable vehicles, not so I could get screwed every time I pull onto the lot.🤷‍♀️

Ciara made my dream come true by helping my get my 2021 White Subaru Crosstrek Premium! I got tboned back in July by a truck (the other drive was at fault, witnesses can attest) and my camry was totaled. I was beyond stressed and am still experiencing issues to this day. With the understanding of not being able to get parts in a timely manner, it still took way too long. The body shop said the car would be completed by the Friday before Memorial Day and it was not. Then we were told by end of day the following Tuesday and it was not. It wasn't done until nearly a week after we were told it would be done and the person in the body shop gave my wife the biggest attitude. We have been customers for over 10 years, once the lease is over one this car, we will not be back.

Bought my new car from there today. Ciara was a total pleasure to work with. She was very friendly, pressure free and very attentive all my questions and needs. Chris the sales manager got me a great number on my trade, and I could tell he wanted to make sure I had a great experience. And Michelle, the business manager was able to save me a lot of time and money on the financing by beating out my banks rate. It was a very quick, friendly, no-nonense, money saving experience! I got a new car last weekend and my car shopping experience was so smooth and professional. My salesman John was excellent! He took the time to go over all my questions and options. We have two 2015 Outbacks approaching 120,000 mi. The guys at Mavis in Ithaca told me that if (beyond routine maintenance) I needed experienced, trustworthy techs to do bigger jobs and assess whether we should keep our cars----then I should go to Royal and see a couple of techs they named. We have not been disappointed. Diagnosing a problem with road tests was helpful. And recently, a crack was discovered in a part Royal installed and it caused a leak. A replacement part would take some time to find. The recommendation was to not drive the car. We were about to take it on a trip to Cape Cod. Royal provided a loaner and the repair was made while we were away.

Stacy, Derek and everyone at Royal Nissan helped me tremendously. I had a bad battery that took a very long time to diagnose (you know what happens when something doesn't work for you but works for everyone else?). They stuck with it. Techs helped me jump the vehicle several times. I brought it back several times because the same problem persisted. All of this during several snow storms. Most recently Stacy offered a loaner car. The battery in my Altima failed and it was finally replaced. Thank you so much!

Had inspection, oil change and tires rotated. Very comfortable waiting area and was offered coffee and other amenities. Everyone very friendly.

Soon as you get walked in service was awesome got right to what I needed and they made an appointment and had my truck fixed within an hour and a half I was very pleased

As usual, Amanda in Service Department took care of us swiftly. Even as a drop in they addressed my sudden electronics problem and got me on the road.

Royal Subaru takes great care of their customers. People are very responsive and helpful. When I had AC broken they gave me parts at the cost of the dealership what is way above $1,000.00. I completely trust their mechanics . Royal also has a great rental service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Everything was wonderful. We had a great experience at Royal. We were promptly greeted by Ciara who brought us the keys to test drive the Nissan Sentra. We were quick to decide it was the right car for us and were able to do a same-day delivery! The whole process was quick and painless. Hassle-free car buying experience from the sales staff to the financing person. They were very accommodating to my wife and I over a period of a week that it took us to decide.
