My experiences here have always been great. They've been fair and helpful when pawning some of my items.

This place is a scam. I went in to get a loan around 400 dollars they gave me 4 blue 100s and the rest. Within the blue 100s one of them was a fake.When he counted the money In front of me All of the blue one hundreds were faced backwards So I thought it was all legit.Once I left and went about my day I went to the store and the clerk told me one of my hundred was fake. So when I went back the same guy who attended me I caught him at the door and he seemed shook guilty all over his face. I told him what happened and said he couldn't do anything about this..so i have to pay an extra 100 because you gave me a fake. Also this isnt the first time I've heard a about this.

A very nice staff. Always welcoming. Best pawn shop I've ever been too. However, I didn't give them 5 stars because if you are selling something at this establishment, they give you below bare minimum cash offers. If you're like me and don't want the hassle of going to other pawn shops and dealing with their "drama", then this is the place to go..be mindful you won't get much for your items.

Most people think of Pawn Shop's as desperate , untrustworthy. NOPE! . It is a Family Business that welcomes people. Trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable and helpful are what you can expect from Ric, Alex & Nick. They are willing to negotiate with their customers. Love the paintings/pictures covering the walls. Better prices on Jewelry than you would get in ANY other store. Looking for Antiques? Visit them as well. You will be pleasantly surprised what they have. I am very happy to have found them.

top notch pawn shop... best of the best. This is a family owned and operated business and you can really tell that the owner has his heart and soul (not to mention his two sons) invested in the business and they work hard to maintain a loyal customer base.

It's the season of being grateful and I am very grateful for this store! Bought my 55 inch smart tv about 2/3 years ago and I've had absolutely no issues, still working perfectly! They are very kind and treat you with respect (I've had bad experiences at other pawn shops).

They are all very kind and attentive people. they have, by far, the BEST selection of antique jewelry I have ever seen. I had a jeweler I was loyal to... until I met alex. now they are my jeweler, and I highly recommend them to ANYONE in need of pawn services, AND anyone looking for some fabulous jewelry. they also have a ton of beautiful instruments, electronics, power tools, and home decor. best pawn shop ever!

I love stopping in to see what’s new in both the Alexandria and Arlington stores. I will never again pay full price for jewelry at a jeweler’s when I can find gorgeous unique pieces here! I have bought many pieces from them. I have even sent my coworkers to them. The guys running these stores are some of the nicest people I have met. Very honest and fair. They have so many different items too. Go check them out! You will be glad you did.

Wasn’t sure what to expect, especially with negative connotation’s regarding Pawn Shops in general but this store was actually quite good! It’s a family run business, everyone was extremely enjoyable to talk with and quite welcoming. I think if you took an item to sell they would give you a decent price. Down to earth people run and work at this store – sincerely it’s a good place.

Best deal Ive found on a lot of things from DVDs for a buck to a beautiful Remington Bronze. These guys pack alot of good stuff into a small retail space and always do the deal . Great prices and Great folks to deal with .
