We have now purchased two homes and I didn't think anyone could be better than our first Loan Officer as he was absolutely amazing. Then, I met Roxanne. Somehow, she topped our previous experience, a feat I thought would be impossible. She was incredible in every way - taking calls, answering any and all questions, walking me through the minutiae of home buying. Of course, many people can do that, but Roxanne did it with a smile, a sense of humor and grace that is often rare these days. We felt welcomed to Texas before we even owned a home here. Cannot recommend her services enough!

After trying to refinance with Chase (that was a NIGHTMARE and for no good reason) we decided to give Roxanne a try after a friend convinced us. As someone with exceptional credit, never missed a payment, good savings, etc, I was clueless as to why things were so difficult with Chase and was hesitant. And as a mom to a special needs, medically fragile kiddo I had already wasted so much time trying to get done with Chase that I was very hesitant. I am SO thankful we decided to give Roxanne a try!
