I had been struggling to get in a car due to credit and just starting a new job. So I was told about this place and I was looking at a 2010 Kia forte, I expressed my interest in the car and I was told the car wasn't at the location because it was getting inspection and new tires and that I would be told when the car was available because I would love my business. Jim and Kim were very professional, very friendly they had the paperwork done the day prior to me showing up that way the day that I showed up it was signing a couple papers making my down payment and off I went I was in and out within an hour I couldn't have asked for a better experience and a friendlier sales team to go through! Jim & Brenda were extremely welcoming and kind throughout the whole process. I called and spoke on the phone with Jim before I came to test drive, I'm young and I was very nervous to be buying a car on a lot for the first time! As soon as I got to Rt 8 I looked at my 2013 Ford Escape, Jim met me outside and was very kind and explained a few things about the car, he let me test drive it and when I came back he went over more details of the car, cracking a few jokes along the way (which made me feel more comfortable, almost like we were friends). When I went inside I met Brenda, a very sweet women who also cracked a few jokes which helped lessen my nerves. When I was signing papers, Jim went through everything in detail and made sure I understood what I was signing before I signed.
